• Mark (10/5): Perfectly comfortable and quiet stay in picturesque Ivrea in Piedmont's beautiful Alps region - I very much enjoyed the privacy of the location and great value of the offering. It felt like an AirBnB with my own room, a nice kitchen area with all the basic utensils I needed and separate large dining area. Communication with Hillary and Alessandro via WhatsApp was uncomplicated and easy upon arrival to check in. Check-out was equally uncomplicated. I appreciated the attention to small details such as an espresso coffee maker with coffee and a small pack of toast for new arrivals. Conad supermarket is in easy 5-min walking distance towards town and Famila market grocery store in 10 min in the other direction. Bus stops are literally a minute away. The room was nice and comfortable with closet space, wall-mounted TV and free WiFi. The shared bathroom was spotless and taken care of every day. The best feature: Walking out of the building and seeing the mountain ranges of the Piedmont region every morning. Always a beautiful sight :) I picked the location for my stay to be able to easily visit friends and being able to catch a bus into Ivrea or walk there in 20 min if necessary. Being able to walk was particularly important to me especially for my day of departure in case I would have to walk into town with my carry-on luggage (bus service is once every 30 min and stops after about 7 p.m. in the evenings, taxi service is limited). For my visit to Ivrea to visit friends Ivrea La Bella A. was the perfect location. Not all the entertainment options like Netflix or Amazon Prime were working but I got to practice my understanding of Italian with the local TV stations ;) Really only a minor issue. A fan was available in the room to deal with the hot summer weather.
• Guillermo (9/5): - Personas amables, buen precio, apartamento limpio y ordenado La habitación sin balcon especificaba que tenía baño compartido, pero en la habitacion compartida no ponía esta información, por lo que entendi que tenía balo propio. En los FAQ si que se pone que ninguna habitacion tiene baño propio, pero se deberia especificar mejor
