The room was clean, spacious compared to many nearby hotels, and had a beautiful interior design. The beds were very comfortable and helped us rest well after long days. • Hawazin (6/5): جيدة وليست جيدة للاسف - المكان جديد ونظيف والمسافة للحرم لابأس بها والموظفين في الاستقبال ولا أروع ما قصرو للأسف وصلت مع الوالدة الساعة ثلاثة والغرفة لم تكون جاهزة فذهبنا للحرم لصلاة الظهر والعصر على أمل ان يتصلو بنا بمجرد جاهزية الغرفة ولكن للأسف نسيونا وبعد الصلاة عندما ذهبت للاستقبال قالو نعتذر الموظف كان لدية شغل هام بالاسفل ونسيو تجهيز الغرفة وعندما طلعنا الغرفة كانت كالصحراء لايوجد إلا السور الحمام لاتوجد مناشف ولا ملحقات وكان التفسير انها فترة حج طيب أنا لست من الحجاج المفروض من ساعة وصولنا يجب تجهيز الغرفة بكل شي عندما تاكدو من اننا لسنا حجاج وفي اليوم الثاني طلبت من العامل تنظيف الغرفة وعندما طلعت من الحرم اللي قام به هو ترتيب السرير فقط وازالة الزبالة الحمام لايزال متسخ والماء والأوساخ على بنش المغسلة زي ماهو بواقي ماء الوضوء على بنش المغسلة لم يتحرك ولاتوجد مناديل يد عندما احجز في فندق خمسة نجوم احجز للراحة والدلع لا للشقاء وكل شوية اتصل واطلب اغراض ناقصة كنت اتأمل منهم جودة افضل من كدا

I booked half board 6 bedrooms (bf & dinner) and the receptionist took long time for the check in. We had an issue with the number of guests and they charged us for extra without giving me a receipt for that! Also, One room had an issue with the door lock which took couple of hours to fix it.

• Abdulrahman (10/5): تفاصيل رائع أدت إلى إقامة جميلة - منذ اللحظات الأولى لدخولي للفندق لإنجاز إجراءات الدخول وحتى التوديع والأمور كانت أكثر من رائعة ، القرب من الحرم البهو المطعم الموظفين حركة المصاعد سرعة الإستجابة الروائح الجميلة حداثة المبنى جودة الفرش المرونة .. كل ذلك وبينها تفاصيل جعلتني أقرر تكرار الزيارة لهذا الفندق الرائع بما تعنيه الكلمة بإذن الله ، وبما يخص الموقع فهو رائع لمن معه عائلته حيث قربة لمصلى النساء بالحرم . عدم وجود مواقف ولكن لامشكلة هناك العديد من الخيارات أحدها مجاني بالوقوف في مواقف مستشفى الحرم ويبعد عشر دقائق مشياً على الأقدام والخيار الآخر الوقوف في مواقف الحرم برسوم ريالين أو ثلاثة لكل ساعة .

However, it felt like they still lack experience and confidence in handling guest needs. The lobby had a noticeable food smell, and there was ongoing construction during the stay. There is no in-room dining available, which was inconvenient. Overall, the property lacks a true luxury feel and comes across as below expectations.

• Bachir (7/5): Bien mais pas aux standards d'un 5 étoiles ! - Nous avons passé un très beau séjour, l'hôtel très propre, personnels agréable. Séjour globalement agréable, mais une expérience mitigée à l’arrivée. Lors de la réservation, nous avions sollicité un early check-in, en étant bien conscients qu’il restait soumis à disponibilité. À notre arrivée vers 10h30, nous nous sommes rapprochés de la réception pour en faire la demande, y compris en proposant de régler un supplément si nécessaire. La réponse a été assez catégorique, sans réelle alternative proposée. Nous avons donc laissé nos bagages et sommes revenus vers 13h30 / 14h. Malgré notre présence prolongée dans le lobby, juste en face de la réception, aucune attention particulière ne nous a été portée (proposition de solution, d’attente plus confortable, ou autre), ce qui est regrettable au regard du standing attendu d’un établissement 5 étoiles. C’est finalement vers 15h qu’une personne de l’équipe, plus attentive, est venue vers nous et a permis de débloquer la situation en nous attribuant la chambre un peu plus tôt, ce que nous avons apprécié. Au départ, une demande de late check-out a également été formulée. Malgré une certaine confusion initiale sur les horaires, une solution a finalement été trouvée, ce qui a contribué à améliorer la fin du séjour. En résumé, l’hôtel dispose d’un bon niveau global, mais le manque d’attention et de sens du service à l’arrivée contraste avec les standards attendus pour ce type d’établissement. Une approche plus proactive et orientée client ferait clairement la différence.

• Waleed (10/5): I enjoyed my stay at Diyar Ajwa, as expected from Hilton, the hotel is very clean, the staff is professional and helpful - The property is new, the staff was super friendly, the food was delicious and the location is close to the prophet’s mosque.
• Muhammad (8/5): Comfortable stay - Newly built hotel and welcoming staff. Customer service rep Roaya was excellent in calling and inquiring about stay experience. Breakfast (Suhoor) definitely needs a reboot. It proved to be a noticeably challenging experience.

• norah (10/5): قربه من المسجد ومصلى النساء وهو على طول خلف فندق الايمان الانتركونتال يعني يعتبر في الصف الثاني لفنادق الحرم .. والاخ مح - صراحه رئع ونظيف واثاثه جديد
• خالد (8/5): اقامة ممتازة بجوار الحرم بس الاكل سيء للاسف - الموقع ممتاز جدا جدا جودة الاكل بالمطعم ليست بمستوى الفندق
