França (1/5): Se quiser fortes emoções, alugue este apartamento. Se quiser tranquilidade, fuja dessa enrascada. - Não disponibilizaram as chaves para eu entrar no prédio e não consegui fazer o check in no dia previsto. Assim, tive que ir para um hotel, de madrugada com a minha família. Além da incompetência da landing em relação ao check in, eles se recusaram a estornar o valor de 1 diária, o que demonstra no mínimo total falta de seriedade da empresa e um baita receio por cobranças indevidas, pois, ao realizar o cadastro, eu tive que informar o número do meu cartão de crédito. Outro "pequeno" inconveniente foi a necessidade de matar diariamente diversas baratas que "brotavam" no apartamento. Acho que por ser térreo, esse problema é potencializado, mas acho que uma dedetização resolveria o problema.
LeoPimenta1976 (10/5): Excelente Location, Confort and Utilities. - Great location near Universal parks, almost door to door to the Orlando International Outlet Premium. Great suite with 2 bedroom with TV in both and a huge main living room with another TV, 2 tables and a great coach. Kitchen with all appliances needed to make your own food and prepare quick meals. The support team is very good as well, with fast responses through message sent from App Landing. Despite having instructions for the valet trash, it only worked for 2 days. For some reason they didn`t pick up the trash from Tuesday forward. I had to bring all the trash to the manual trash compactor located on the other building. That was not a very good task.
