- Jordan (10/5): Excellent, highly recommend. - The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The view is breathtaking and you could spend plenty of time just enjoying it from the balcony. The coffee machine is very good and coffee beans were provided by the hosts. Nice personal touches such as fresh-cut real roses from the garden in a vase on the dining table. Nothing to mention here.

- Dominic (7/5): - great view I think it could do with a little more largesse - like leaving some sugar and a few more basics. definitely needs more glasses. I think it at the price point it is luxury. The location is luxury but the house is not really. There are some things that you can’t change like small rooms, no en-suite etc. but there is plenty that could. The window had not been cleaned and was a bit smudgy on the inside and the yard was a mess and not inviting at all. there were so few glasses I needed to wash one every time I needed a drink.

- Helen (6/5): Disappointing - The view was lovely and the beds comfy The owner had written on booking.com there was a hot tub (we chose the place based on that as we had hiked for three nights and looking forward it it) and when questioned firstly advised it was the bath and then advised the fault was with booking.com, although hot tub was written in a number of places (now seems to be removed). The photos also are not as represented. There are less chairs in the living room to sit on and no swing chair on balcony which was too small for more than two people. Also the reviews are dubious as it is not "in the heart of Hobart" or "steps away from the beach". I had researched and knew it was at least 1 km away but unless you are very fit it is not walking distance because of the big hill. The towel rails have fallen off or falling off and the door handles also coming off. There were some supplies (coffee and tea) but no milk and a long walk to get some. No blinds in the down stairs bedroom just sheer ones. I use Airbnb, stayz and booking.com a lot and never complain but found this really disappointing especially when organising for a group.

- Simone (8/5): Overall this would make a great stay for a large family or two families to share. - The property is large and spacious with a great view, perfect yard for a dog and has the basics of what you need. It’s neat and tidy, modern and quiet, plenty of areas to relax. Some dishes were unclean, some small repairs needed such as towel rack, the wooden bench seat isn’t secured as I found out when I sat on one end and it flipped up and I fell, this needs to be screwed down. The vacuuming of the carpets and couch may need to be improved as animal hair is quite embedded and I had allergic reaction (only allergic to cats) so wondering if cats were at the property? Nothing is walking distance so need a car.

The location is unbeatable – just steps away from the beach, allowing us to enjoy breathtaking sunrises and relaxing walks along the shore. The backyard area was perfect for overlooking while hobart view,and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals while enjoying the view. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making our experience truly unforgettable. All good!

- Iona (8/5): Enjoyed the house but disappointed with what was provided with it - Home is well presented. clean and comfy Lack of kitchen supplies. would help to have milk on arrival, large kitchen rubbish bags, tea towels, ice cube trays, kitchen tongs, corkscrew,, salt and pepper grinders, grater, veg peeler, glad wrap, a foil, coffee machine, webber, iron, bathroom and bedroom bins and extra towels for a stay of more than couple of days. Also, downstairs towel rail was off the wall and smaller one half off.
- Paul (8/5): Great place highly recommended - Fantastic location with amazing views Of Hobart harbour. Very new property so it was clean and modern. Lots of spaces Was missing a few basic amenities to make the place feel really homely. Suggest a coffee table or side table for the lounge space, some basic kitchen amenities would also help- baking tray, tongs, foil. Also some basic cleaning supplies too plus coat hangers for the walk in wardrobe.
