• Rebecca (8/5): - The location of this flat is fantastic, in the centre of the old town close to many restaurants and bars. It was perfect for a short stay. The room smelled musty/damp when entering, but this dissipated after opening the window.

• Nikki (9/5): Mooi centraal gelegen appartement van bijna alle gemakken voorzien - Het was fijn dat de locatie alles had aan koelkast/bank/keuken. Mooie badkamer, lekker bed en een tweepits kookplaat. Echt koken is er dus niet bij want daar heb je vaker meer dan twee pitten voor nodig. Het aantal pannen was beperkt in de keuken en ook de theezakjes en koffiepads die er waren neergelegd voor 4 dagen was beperkt.

• MartinoTentino (9/5): We rented 3 apartments and travelled with 3 others - each had our own place, 1 night cooked together - Great location! The fact that you need to climb stairs is the only small drawback. Else it really is in the heart of Ajaccio with all amenities close by. You can even swim in the bay about 200 m away.

L escalier pour monter à la chambre qui ressemble limite à une échelle...vraiment pas pratique, raide ...très raide... glissant et dangereux...je n ai même pas essayé de monter ma valise dans la chambre...

• Schmelcher (8/5): - Wir haben keine Kritik am Appartement, es war alles in Ordnung.. Ärgerlich war, dass in dieser Nacht aus einer Bar oder einem Club bis mindestens 4 Uhr früh unerträglich laute Techno-Musik schallte. Auch das Schließen aller Fenster hielt den Lärm nicht draußen. Ein zweiter Kritikpunkt ist die aktuelle Parksituation. Weil die Place de Diamant mit Parkhaus eine langfristige Baustelle ist , fehlen diese Parkplätze. Dies wussten wir nicht. Wir kennen uns in Ajaccio einigermaßen aus, es dauerte trotzdem mehr als eine Stunde bis wir weit weg vom Zentrum eine Lücke am Straßenrand ergattern konnten. Von einem Buchungsportal wie booking würde ich erwarten, dass auf eine solche Situation hingewiesen wird.
• Carsten (8/5): Bin insgesamt zufrieden - Sehr gute Lage, sehr saubere Wohnung Schwer zu finden und keine Parkmöglichkeiten.
• Stéphanie (7/5): - son emplacement le logement est situé derrière la rue du roi de Rome, où se trouvent des bars et il y a beaucoup de bruit toute la nuit. Impossible de dormir sans boule quies. les images sont trompeuses car on voit une terrasse mais tous les appartements de la residence n'en ont pas. Cela sentait le moisie, l'odeur provenait certainement de la salle de bain mais sans aération de la salle de bain et du studio, l'odeur était très désagreable.

• Jessica Bergot (6/5): Bien situé mais très bruyant - L'emplacement au top dans le quartier historique, tout à pied, restaurants, commerces et plage. La décoration du studio. La réactivité de l'hébergeur. Attention résidence située dans une rue très animée (boîte de nuit juste en dessous), très bruyant même avec la fenêtre fermée (vibrations). Nous étions dans le studio au 1er étage. Problème de clim à notre arrivée (fuite) et odeur forte d'humidité. Changement de logement suite à cette problématique, hébergeur très réactif et à l'écoute. C'est pour cela que je mets une note agréable.

• denis (6/5): - Le studio est très beau et bien agencé. La propreté est irréprochable L emplacement est en plein du vieux Ajaccio ce qui est parfait vous pouvez manger en bas du studio et nous avons eu la chance de faire la fête avec un super groupe de rue. Dommage pour nous car l évacuation de la climatisation c est mise a débordée innondant le sol, le problème c'est qu il y avait un dj qui mixait jusqu'à au moins 4h du matin et impossible d ouvrir les fenêtres et de mettre en marche la climatisation. Donc nous avons passé une très mauvaise nuit dans la chaleur. Et cerise sur le gâteau la femme de ménage toc à la porte a 9h40 pour nous demander de partir alors qu il étais prévu de quitter le studio a 11h. Malgré le charme de ce beau studio que je conseil notre premier jour de vacances a été un peut entaché. Nous avons contacté la conciergerie qui c est bien excusée mais ne nous à proposé aucun dédommagement.

• Eleni (8/5): A sweet short-term escape - The studio is quite spacious, fully equipped, with a nice interior design. It is literally 2 minutes away from one of the beaches and very close to the city center. The personnel working at the Kalliste hotel is excellent. Very friendly, welcoming and ready to help. I have nothing negative to say about the property per se. The only issue that needs further consideration and attention from the residence managers is the noise (very loud music) coming from nearby bars and clubs, especially after midnight until very early in the morning. It is impossible to sleep.
• Danielle (3/5): I would not recommend this place. - Location We arrived to find our accommodations dirty from the previous guest. Once I called the management company, they told me they were upgrading us to bigger accommodations on the 4th floor with no elevator versus the 1st floor (lovely not really). The bathroom reeked of sewer, and the extra mezzanine space was really not convenient for our stay and we ended up sleeping on the very uncomfortable pullout in the main space. Main building entrance doesn’t lock.
• Jacopo (8/5): A very nice stay in a very nice place. - The house was really nice, well furnished and clean. A lot of power plugs and a big, nice, bathroom. Check-in was great, even from remote. Windows are really sound-proof, and noise from the bar in the street was almost absent. The wifi did not function particularly well. Connection was poor and it often stopped.

• Sophie (9/5): We’ll definitely book the flat again if we go back to Ajaccio - I like the central location of the flat. Very near Plage St François, next to the cathedral, two streets’ away from Napoleon’s birthplace. The small street was surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Very lively atmosphere. I didn’t need earplugs, although we were there on the National Day. The property itself was very clean and well equipped.
• Gunnar (8/5): Perfect flat but bad information. - The apartement was clean, modern and nice. perffect for our needs. Very bad information, how to find the right place, no name on the entrance. The information concerning where we could keep our luggage was incorrect. The information about how we should get our room, and the key to the room came to late. We also met other guest sho did not understand if they where in the right place and how they should get the key.
