Sabrina (1/5): A fuir - Points positifs : Team Belvilla au Top, Villa et piscine très sympa, dommage gâché par un propriétaire trop intrusif… Avant de réserver cette location pour Août 2025, j’ai envoyé un message aux propriétaires le 2 janvier 2025 pour lui demander si la maison était isolée car nous arrivons avec un groupe de 12 adultes et forcément qu’il y aura du bruit, et si le terrain était clos pour nos chiens, le propriétaire m’a confirmé que la maison était bien isolée. On arrive dans cette location le samedi, aucun état des lieux n’est fait, il nous précise qu’il se base sur la confiance. On lui précise que des amis viennent passer le week-end avec nous (uniquement la journée) car ils ont loué une location à côté. Points Négatifs : Attention prévoir 20 minutes pour aller faire ses courses, bouteille de gaz vide dans la cuisine, lave-vaisselle qui fuit, La piscine fait qu’une seule fois durant les 15 jours ( piscine verte deuxième semaine suite à une coupure de courant), vaisselles très sales, lave-vaisselle manquant dans la cuisine extérieure (vu en photo sur booking), maison qui ne ferme pas à clef au sous-sol, mais surtout propriétaire très intrusif, il vient sans prévenir, il rentre dans la villa, il nous demande faire moins de bruit en pleine journée (on jouait au volley…) Le dernier jour, ce monsieur souhaite faire un état des lieux en quel honneur, on en a pas eu à l’arrivée, évidemment il retrouve une maison plus propre, qu’il nous la laissé… Et là le drame arrive, il nous dit il faut me donner quelque chose pour l’électricité car vous avez rapporté une climatisation…. On lui précise que la maison n’est pas climatisée donc nous avons rapporté une clim… Il s’est emporté, il nous stipule que l’on doit lui laisser quelque chose….Nous lui avons laissé 50 euros en espèces sur la caution de 300 euros. (Pour essayer de calmer les esprits)
Colin (2/5): No deposit returned. - Review of Our Stay – May 30 to June 14, 2025 We stayed at this property for two weeks and were initially very pleased — the house itself is beautiful, the location is lovely, and the quality of the facilities, including the pool, was excellent. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. However, we were asked to pay a €300 deposit in cash directly to the homeowner upon arrival. Unfortunately, we never received this deposit back. Despite repeated follow-ups, and even escalating the matter through Booking.com, we were told that they are unable to help resolve the issue. We have now accepted that the deposit will not be returned, which has left us feeling very disappointed and taken advantage of. This experience completely overshadowed what was otherwise a great stay. We want to strongly warn future guests not to pay any deposit in cash, no matter how legitimate it may seem at the time. Because of this issue, we would not recommend this property — a beautiful place should not come at the cost of losing your money.
