• Claire (7/5): - La localisation de l'appartement est idéale, très proche du centre L'appartement est plutôt grand. Nous avons eu dû mal à ouvrir la porte avec le système du code mais la propriétaire a été très réactive pour nous aider. A notre arrivée, il y avait des gros moutons de poussière au sol mais en le signalant à la propriétaire, le ménage a été fait sans délai. l'appartement est plutôt sombre et assez humide

• alexandra (10/5): - L’emplacement est idéal car central dans Funchal et au centre de tout. L’appartement est bien équipé. On ne peut pas déposer les valises quand on arrive le matin et on a été obligées avec ma fille de 12 ans d’attendre 16h00 pour prendre l’appartement et donc transporter les valises tout ce temps là.
• Anna (7/5): - Jó helyen volt az apartman, mindenhez közel volt :óceánpart, boltok, belváros. Az apartman bejárata elé beálltak autóval, nem tudtunk bemenni. Figyelmeztetnünk kellett a helyi autósokat, hogy ne állják el a bejáratot.

• DAVID (4/5): Oh Dear!!! - Fabulous shower, loads of hot water. Ample size of terrace with good selection of seating. Adequate kitchen. Large TV Sufficient wardrobe space. Good washing machine and coffee maker. Humidity in the apartment was horrendous all through the stay . (Running at 80% ) This meant clothes in the wardrobe and bedclothes on the bed felt damp. Weekly cleaning was an extra. Inadequate dining - 3 uncomfortable stools at the breakfast bar. No dining table and chairs and no coffee table. Brought in from terrace small table and 2 chairs inside for meals but had to keep moving them out of the way due to the lack of space. Small and uncomfortable bed. Terrace lost the sun at 2.30pm. No instructions on how to dispose of rubbish!! Put it in roadside bins everyday No basic instructions for white goods. Note- we made the apartment more homely by purchasing floor rugs, heater for bedroom, lamp for lounge more coat hangers and overdoor coat hooks, shower tidy and better quality towels. All of which we gave to charity at the end. Fine for short stay Air BandB. No use for us in our 70's and for 5 weeks. Seriously considered moving to a hotel after 2 weeks but had paid up front. No choice however as chosen apartment was cancelled 3 weeks before we were due to fly out. This is how Madeira is going!!
• Paul Boyles (9/5): Impressive apartment in Old Funchal. - Great location, close to all the attractions of Funchal. Large rooftop balcony, great for breakfast and a relaxing drink in the evening. Everything inside was well maintained, very clean and comfortable. Good communication with the property management. Top floor location with three sets of stairs, which would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

• Varegina (6/5): Moyen. Trop cher pour ce que c’est. - Emplacement : Pas loin du centre ville. Bon équipement bébé ( nous avons demandé un lit bébé ) La propreté loin d’être parfaite. À l’arrivée nos chaussettes étaient noires - le sol était vraiment très mal nettoyé. Les fenêtres sont mal isolées- on entend tous les bruits de l’extérieur. On pensait d’avoir réservé l’appartement avec le balcon et la vue- on s’est retrouvé à l’appartement tout petit sans extérieur. Au départ nous avons demandé si le départ tardif était envisageable ( car notre bébé était malade) et la réponse fut non sans aucune considération. Dans ce cas, ne proposez pas ce service sur booking.
• Susan (7/5): Great location and flat but staff not so helpful - The flat was beautifully appointed , well equipped and in a convenient location. Very comfortable, good shower and comfortable bed It was great to have the roof terrace to sit out. It was a nice touch to have tea and coffee available. Overall we really enjoyed our stay The staff sent us to the wrong apartment, which didn't have a terrace. To be fair, they corrected this quickly. As well as this, we messaged them twice about where to leave our rubbish and they didn't respond until after we left. More cleaning products would be helpful such as bin bags and dish cloths

Det var helle ingen terasse til denne leilighet Ingen varme i hele leiligheten .Kaldt inne på kvelden. Kloakk lukt under vask på kjøkken og vaskerom. Vi måtte gå med søpla til søppel stasjon flere kavrtal unna

• Johana (9/5): - Parádní lokalita, ubytování bez problému. V kuchyni chyběly látkové utěrky. Ocenili bychom také drobnější vybavení - např. sůl.
• Globetrotter Finland (9/5): Hannu and Sari Finland - The location is very good 👍.. For cooking you find everything you need. One of the best ever. Spacious apartment with separate bedroom. You are nearby shopping, restaurants and beach boulevard. The information language was partly Portuguese, German and English? Somewhat noisy small street, peaceful at night. The staircase has got mold odour but not the apartment. We asked for a sink stopper for washing the dishes because there isn't any washing machine.. Was not delivered. Be careful when booking, only rooftop apartment has got a balcony.
