Annegret (9/5): Gute Lage - Viel Infos zur Unterkunft und Check-In verfügbar, aber nur über die Landing-App. Es war etwas wenig Geschirr vorhanden. Man musste nach jeder Mahlzeit abwaschen, die Spülmaschine hat sich nicht gelohnt. Viel Infos zur Unterkunft und Check-In, aber nur über die Landing-App. Es gibt keine persöblichen Ansprechpartner vor Ort, nur ein online Service Center. Man braucht zwingend Internet zum Check-In und muss sich die App herunterladen.
Thomas (7/5): Es war soweit befriedigend. - Generell war es eine gute Unterkunft, allerdings sehr einfach und simpel ausgestattet. Die Instruktionen bei Ankunft waren nicht ideal. Allerdings hat der Kundenservice sehr gute Arbeit geleistet. Die Betten sind relativ weich, und anfänglich gab es nur wenig Handtücher sowie auch keine Tücher für den Pool. Allerdings wurden Handtücher fürs Bad nach zwei Tagen nachgeliefert. Einen Wasserkocher gab es auch nicht. Die Lage ist zwar zentral, aber nachts schon extrem laut durch Verkehr, Müllwagen und testosterongeladene Autofahrer. Der Pool war schön, allerdings eiskalt, da er immer im Schatten liegt. Das Fitnessstudio ist top ausgestattet und kann mit fünf Sterne bewertet werden. Eine Art Cafeteria mit schöner Sitz. Lounge kostenfreien Kaffee und einen Minimarkt gibt es auch noch. Siehe oben.
