• Claudiu (1/5): Try to see it first - Very cheap price (£12 per night for two people). The room had a bad smell, dirty walls, and an unstable bed. The bed linen did not appear clean. The building felt uncomfortable, with people smoking weed on the stairs. The location felt unsafe, with the entrance hidden in narrow alleys. A key deposit was requested despite these conditions.I understand that this is a low-budget accommodation, but basic cleanliness is still expected. I left immediately after seeing the room and asked for my deposit back. This review reflects my personal experience.

• Saunders (1/5): Dis not stay could not get access - I arrived after making arrangements to check in late. First property location was wrong second it was locked. they did not answer when a called. Leaving me stranded. I did not stay at property. Nextvday asked to honor my booking and provide accommodation then they lies to say the had been open even tough I had proof the reception was not there .... scam and unethical Noting did not stay there

• Eric (1/5): don't rent here it's a scam! worst option to rent in Pattaya - I only like that I rent for 5 nights and I leave the same day I have arrived, I only cancel the booking once the 5 nights have been passed, so they can't keep making money scamming people dirty, dated, like hell

• Valentina (2/5): Very poor - A.C. Rubish bags on the balcony. We had to ask in the reception for toilet paper due to we didn't get anything on the room (towels, soap, shampoo, etc) No rubish bin. The room wasn't clean: dust and some rubish in furniture. We made two booking (The first for one night and then we decided to stay two more nights in Pattaya). We sent múltiples messages to the hote (around two weeks before the check in date) to let them know about this and avoid making check out and check in again. They just reply "ok" (that answer didn't make sense to our messages) and then, when we arrived, they told us to make check out and check in again because we have to change our room.
