• Kristiina (3/5): Definitely not value of the money - Bed was good The bed was comfortable and the pillow was excellent. The hotel is clearly very new and has potential. However, unfortunately, the overall experience did not feel worthy of the Hilton name and standards. The floors in the room were extremely cold, and there were no slippers provided. There was also no vanity kit available. Additionally, several things in the bathroom were broken — the shower control came apart, and the toilet flush button was not functioning properly. During our 4-day stay, the fire alarm went off twice without any apparent reason. One of those incidents happened at 4:30 AM. What was especially disappointing was that there was no follow-up call or explanation to the rooms afterward, even though it turned out to be a false alarm. The next day, when we asked about the situation at reception, the response was surprisingly rude. We were told that “nobody here knows how to do their job,” which felt like a very strange and unprofessional statement instead of receiving an apology. Housekeeping also cleaned the room only once during the entire 4-day stay. The breakfast was also quite poor and below expectations in terms of quality and selection. I hope this feedback helps improve the guest experience in the future, because the hotel itself has potential, but currently the service and maintenance fall far below expectations.
• Laura (10/5): Would totally recommend, you’d be hard pushed to find a hotel this good in Dublin City centre - We were blown away by this hotel, the rooms were more like mini apartments with all of amenities we could possibly ask for. Breakfast was fantastic, staff were friendly, everything was brand new and perfectly clean. Asked for a room next door to my sister and that’s exactly what we had! Nothing, everything was perfect.

I explained to the guy she doesn't carry ID and he stated qe need it when we travel. I explained we hadn't left the country and we were down from Belfast for a concert. He then stated well technically you did travel to another country, and we also ask irish citizensfor ID. I explained I was Irish. . How dare he imply that I'm not Irish. The manger was lovely, but the male receptionist could benefit from customer service training.

Posizione semicentrale, ci vuole sempre un mezzo. 4 allarmi incendio (di cui uno alle 5 del mattino!!!) in 4 giorni è inaccettabile, Tutti fasulli. Allarme suona fortissimo in camera e chiede di iscire immediatamente, per poi scoprire che non è vero niente. Colazione sempre uguale, triste uova salsiccia bacon, qualche brioche. Camera con regolazione termica scarsa. Conciergie approssimativi. Per il prezzo, fuggire veloci.

• B. (10/5): A Gem in the middle of Dublin - We were gladly surprised on how well thought and care this property had. Everything was brand new (from the apartment to towels), the cleaning service was great (daily and did all the dishes), and had everything we needed (dish cleaning supplies). Staff was super friendly and breakfast had a great set of options. Location was great, near all buses and tram stops, and plenty of things to do (shops, restaurants). We really had a great time, and I'll be looking for Hilton properties in the future. Just the bed was a bit on small size and too hard for my preferrence.

• Stephanie (9/5): Hôtel très agréable .proche du centre ville .on peut facilement se déplacer à pied. - Il est neuf donc tout était ok et tous les équipements étaient présents .la kitchenette dans la chambre fut très appréciable .personnel français a l’écoute . Juste un peu le nettoyage,le lendemain la chambre n’était pas balayée .Ayant manger dans celle-ci il y avait des miettes au sol pas nettoyé et de la poussière sur les portes de meuble mais peut être un oubli. A part ça ,les équipements étaient au point.Les produits du corps étaient aussi de bonne qualité ainsi que la literie.

• Kimberly (8/5): It was okay. - The location is right off the Luas line, which makes it convenient. All the staff were friendly except the nighttime bartender, who I felt was a bit rude when he told us the tea and coffee would cost us money because we had come back from walking outside and we had made a cup of tea. I thought that was a bit much, but overall the staff was wonderful. The cost of a Coke was almost 5$. It seemed most things were 4-5 dollars a piece.
