• Lara (7/5): - Great location and amazing and comfortable apartment. No parking anywhere, all allocated parking spots available were only 2 hours only. Not stated on their website, only stated parking is available but didn’t state only for two hours. We were staying there due to me having surgery, I called and ask for parking areas and they stated “it’s not our problem” and we had to move our car every two hours for 3 days.
• McGuinness (5/5): Position let down. - The closeness to the hospital Place was not clean, from the foyer to the lift, a lot of surfaces and window's that were. Covered in hand prints
• Kerry (7/5): The apartment owners need to change booking handlers. - The lock box location and the entry code was not advised until I arrived at the Melbourne property at 11 pm, after a 4 hour flight, and only after i phoned the "My Comfy" service provider overseas. I was then directed to a dark alleyway, around the corner, walked through a very dark carpark, to locate a lockbox placed at the bottom of a chain fence, in the dark, whilst carrying my luggage. My wonderful taxi driver stayed with me the entire time, for safety. Once inside the apartment, the cleanliness standard was very poor, dust and stray hairs on the floors and carpet, a dirty fridge and crumbs on the kitchen counter. The apartment decor, comfort and location was however, good. On exit, they texted me to leave the keys where I collected them from, however the lockbox had been removed from the fence. It was like checking into Fawlty Towers. A terrible and dangerous entry proceedure. "My Comfy" also demanded a copy of my formal ID plus a selfie, before they would provide any entry details, even though I had paid in full. I became very suspicious of their requests and wanted to cancel but was told I would loose approx 75% of the total fee. Nobody was there to cross check my Id. Bookings.com were very remis in vetting this company before using them. Any queries through their app were immediatly referred straight to "My Comfy" who made their own rules. I would never deal with any accommodation, anywhere who are handled by "My Comfy".

• Rachel (7/5): Good - The size of the apartment was great and the location is excellent. Having to collect and drop the keys from the next town is very inconvenient, especially for someone like myself that didn't have a car. Could be cleaner.

• Andrew (8/5): Nice place but some improvements should be made. - Spacious, tidy and location is great. The pod coffee machine was blocked with milk that a previous person ran through the it. I tried to clean it but it was disgusting. You should check that everything is clean and ready for the next person. The location for the key is in a ridiculous place. No parking means the are only 2 hour places to park during business hours. Not good as you need to move the car when staying.

• Jess (10/5): Would highly recommend this property that’s very conveniently located. Easy checkin and out and great customer service - Location was fantastic. Very spacious. Very modern inside with great appliances and furnishings Cleaning could have been a little better. Some pots need replacing

Heating very effective when Melbourne was cold and foggy. Bathrooms clean and shower good hot water and pressure. No allocated car space. Lock box not a straightforward entry process - low down in a back dusty entry way.

• Ruth (10/5): Fabulous and will stay there again. - It was a very spacious apartment and the location on the main street, close to cafes and supermarket. Comfortable beds and pillows, rain shower head in each bathroom was amazing. Kitchen well stocked. Fabulous place. The location of the key out the back of the building. Was hard to find and I had my 5 year old with me.

• Charna (8/5): Great place for a holiday - It’s very central and everything you need is all within walking distance. It was private and quiet and the apartment was very spacious. The second room was very stuffy. Would be very hot in summer. It needs A/C or at least a fan.
• Michael (8/5): Excellent - Very comfortable and very convenient Little cold in the room, I had to use the doona from the other bed as well. Would help to have a spare one. There was no bin liner in the bin but I wasn't sure where the bags were.
