Haben beim Problem mit Zugfahrkarte gefallen, sprechen auch Englisch, super! Aufhängung für Kleidung noch nicht fertiggestellt, statt dessen Kleiderbügel an Garderobe neben Zimmertür. War OK aber nicht ideal.

Professionally prepared invoices were ready on the day of our departure, without any additional requests (this isn't always the case in other hotels). Angefangen vom Personal, welches von der Reinigungskraft, Empfang beim Eingang, beim Check in, im Restaurant bis hin zum Manager ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Wir wurden täglich mit einem Lächeln begrüßt und es wurde immer nachgefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen und uns wohlfühlen. Wir haben uns definitiv sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses neue Hotel nur empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Alles ist barrierefrei und war für bestens zugänglich. Wir haben im Hotelrestaurant gegessen und es gab Menü´s die sehr gut schmeckten.
