Simon (7/5): - The convenient location and comforrable bed The indirectness of communication and therefore, the lack of responsiveness to needs and issues. You worked through a website and a call centre on behalf of a booking agency, not the owner or their employees, , who, in turn, had to work through the property manager, who in turn worked through the on-site manager. So when maintenance issues arose it took a very long time to resolve them. In my case the hot water failed and this took a whole day to resolve through the 'chain of command'.

Rhiannon (3/5): - Central location - private Very unclean. Stained sheets and dirty cutlery and dishes. Dusty.
Karyn (7/5): Compact and clean apartment in great location, good value for money. - The apartment was clean and tidy, and on the same level as the street so no need to use the stairs or elevator. The bed and pillows were comfy and because it is in the inside of the complex it was quiet with very little street noise etc. It overlooks the pool, which would be nice to use in warmer weather. The location is fantastic, close to Spring St, Princess Theatre, public transport and lots of restaurants nearby. Check in could have been better - the apartment wasn't ready at the check in time and I had to wait for the cleaners to finish cleaning before I could collect the keys and enter the accommodation. Bathroom is compact with no counter space (does have shelving though).
