• David (6/5): Disappointing, but still comfortable - A good location, with a range of facilities. The kitchen felt well kitted out and the apartment was always a comfortable temperature. The balcony was nice to spend the evenings on. The apartment itself was very quiet most of the time, with only the occasional sound from the hallway. It feels like this place hasn't had the owners look at it in a decade. The number of plug points to charge devices was quite low and half the plugs in the bedroom didn't work. There was a powerboard above the fridge, but it was barely holding itself together, so there's no way I was going to plug my stuff into it. There was a strange smell in the bathroom when I arrived. Additionally, the dishwasher had another, different smell and hasn't seen rinse-aid in a while, so dishes come out wet. The AC turned itself on twice during my stay and woke me up in the process. There are shoe racks at the door, but nowhere to sit while you lace up your shoes. By themselves, each of these items issues would have been fine, but together they put a grey tinge on what would have been a great stay.

• Mark (10/5): Excellent location. Would stay again. - Excellent central location. Kitchen was good for a weeks stay. Collecting keys could be made easier, but really wasn’t that hard. Instructions to gain access to the unit went to my junk mail. But could call for help and got the right advice and lift etc.

• Nigel (8/5): - Good location. Beds comfortable. Good equipment - washing facilities, kitchen etc. Good shower pressure. More thorough vacuuming needed, A lot of dust buildup behind furniture, on top of fridge. Bathroom cabinet needs replacing. Sliding door in lounge needs attention. Small bedroom could do with a cooling fan as is quite hot. Extra towels would be nice for a longer stay.

• Nicole (7/5): Good spot- average customer service - Fabulous spot in the city to access everything. Nice little apartment set up quite well. Night view across city pleasant. No staff onsite- either via chat/email or phone. Check-in a pain- you have to pick up keys from a random shop ( if you're lugging bags it's about 500m away). No instructions about how to find floor/room- there were 2 numbers on the key ring. No check out instructions either.Sent 2 emails to ask for a late check out- no response. Called number to ask on the morning of departure ( son had spent the night in emergency- discharged at 6am) and told we had to leave by 10. I asked what time cleaners were booked ( could we at least stay till they arrived), told they would be there at 10am- of course they hadn't arrived by the time we left ( about 1010am). Bathroom needs a good scrub or regrouting- mold/mildew between tiles around bath. Bathroom cupboard side wall has moisture damage & coming away from the cupboard.
• Ava (5/5): Overall enjoyed but a few things that might put a few people off - Property was in a very good location close to everything. Check in time was very late and a hassle to get to the keys especially if you have lots of suitcases. The whole check in process with the website could have been made clearer. The aircon was basically non functioning. The shower has very poor pressure and not a lot of space.

Lovely stay otherwise - Location, quiet, comfortable Requested a second key for convenience as we were going our separate ways. Never materialised. Finally said we could have it day 4 of a 5 day stay for $55. No toilet paper. Beds not made properly.

• Colin (8/5): Loved the location and the view - The view from our balcony on the 10th floor was amazing. Also the amount of light coming in to the living area and the coffee pods! I couldn't see the code to give the shop to pick up our keys in your emails. Also I didn't feel comfortable sending a photo of my ID and a selfie of my face to book the apartment. My son felt the mattress on the single bed was too hard
• Richard (8/5): - The keys had to picked up at another location. I was not provided with the security number need to receive the keys. The booking reference provided by the host was number the number needed. It required a phone call to the host's call centre who had to ask someone else for the code., this took about 20 minutes.

• Mary (7/5): Not good value for money - Location, clean and comfortable Picking up the KEY at a different location about 650m walk very inconvenient especially when you have luggage and just using public transport. Check in is 3pm which is late Shampoo and body wash only for 1 person though I booked for 3 people.

• Peter (7/5): Good - Good location, comfortable apartment and beds. City view and balcony. Nice living area A lock box on site would be much better! The bath and sink plugs were missing!!! Need 2 door keys.
• Tony (5/5): Could be better - Central location. Key collection is from the IGA a 7 minute walk from the apartment. Nowhere to leave suitcases during rush hour. Room was delayed 2 hours for cleaning. Fridge was not working. I ask for a one hour later check-out - NO. Funny really IGA was not open until 10 am to return keys. Apartment could be better with little effort - loose toilet seat, rugs not straight, only 3 coffees for three people over two days, no bin liners. Hard to contact service company.

Apartment was clean & comfortable & had everything we needed incl WiFi, air con, clean bedding & towels. Would definitely stay here again & recommend to anyone travelling to Melbourne
