• Jack (1/5): terrible - nothing good the apartment was not cleaned from the previous guests it was untidy on arrival dirty towels and sheets lots of poo stuck on the toilet
• Rory (5/5): Passable - Location was great. The apartment was well appointed, and generally comfortable. Alot of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty, 2 of the windows you could not open. The main complaint are the window fittings which don't block out any light.

Good location to city, trams, food and Victoria Markets. The unit was dirty. The rug in the loungeroom was filthy. The walls were dirty. The bathrooms were run down. Mould on the window sills.

• Evans (4/5): Disappointing - No hot water No communication between host Smelt of smoke. Not good for asthmatic
• Farm (1/5): Our check in experience, follow up customer service and cleanliness of the apartment was appalling. - We did not receive information on how to collect keys prior to arrival. After phoning the help line we were provided with incorrect details. After 2.5 hours on the phone and advice we should find somewhere else to stay we were finally able to retrieve the keys. The property is obviously usually used with smokers inside. The smell of stale cigarette smoke permeates the whole unit. The unit was unclean on our arrival, including mouldy dishes in the dishwasher, mould on the bedroom windowsill, dirty toilets and unclean surfaces. There was very little basic amenity left including no extra toilet paper, dishwashing utensils or soap.

• Suzie (7/5): Group booking - Fabulous location, clean apartment, comfortable beds Dishwasher did not work and there were 5 of us so it was disappointing to have to hand wash dishes for 5 whilst holidaying. The clothes dryer did not work and there were lighting problems - only one light in the bathroom worked so we had to shower in the dark and we couldn't use the mirror in the bathroom because it was too dark. The light in the first bedroom continuously flickered. These issues were annoying as we were on a girls trip and needed the mirror, we were paying nearly $500 a night
