• Nikola (6/5): Great location, lovely bedding. - It was a great location, close to Strathfield train station. Easy walking distance to Shops and restaurants. The beds and pillows were very comfortable The toaster didn't work, and even though we reported this at the beginning of our stay is was not replaced and we were there for over a week. There was a musty smell that needed doors opened to let in fresh air, the light in the laundry didn't work and wasn't fixed when reported. There was no table to eat at, had to sit at kitchen bench or on couch.
• Heather (9/5): Great value and location - Amazing location near the station and close to major roads. We loved the variety of restaurants so close by. We had plenty of space for our family and were very comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen both clean and modern. Parking may be a bit tight. The space next to ours was vacant the whole time, but if it was used, maneuvering may have been challenging. We also had to move other residents clothing racks to access the driveway. The locks were a bit fiddly, but we felt very safe.
• Sanchez Cardenas (10/5): - We felt very comfortable there; everything was very clean and tidy. It's an excellent place to spend a few peaceful days. I highly recommend it.
• Chung Yao (4/5): There’s no WiFi router in the house. Yes they provide the WiFi but every night when we come home the WiFi goes off. Tried to talk with service but not solved.
• Darlene (6/5): If the faults we reported are fixed it will make the next guest stay more enjoyable - It was close to public transport and shopping centre and nearby to where we needed to go Lots of cockroaches Lack of internet service Faulty front door locks No aircon and multiple non working fans
• Steven (5/5): Location great, but property old & musty not like pictures. - Good location The place was old and musty which differed from the advertised pictures which indicated a modern property. Found Cockroches on windowsill and broken / loose deadlock need fixing & a broken lampshade…. This was reported to mgmt during our stay. Finally we were accused of stealing a lamp & breaking lamp fitting…. Which is not true. Mgmt is currently investigating. Note: Lamp fitting already broken before our stay & not aware of any missing lamp .. if stolen .. not us. We are very disappointed with property & would not recommend.
• TING LI (10/5): - 民宿寬敞，客廳，廚房，房間，浴室都很舒適，有提供咖啡機，洗衣機，烘衣機，還有給咖啡膠囊，洗衣粉，洗碗精，很棒。就地理位置而言也很方便，離火車站走路五分鐘以內，車站外也有超市及商店街，很滿意。

• Miriam (9/5): I really enjoyed my stay it was super clean and great location - the fact that it had two bedrooms great sized beds and so comfortable . decent kitchen and really well stocked with cutlery etc only one mirror hard to get ready if sharing and also the parking was very hard lucky we had a small car but to get in the back was very difficult and it smelt a little mouldy
• Rene (2/5): disappointing and scary. i feel cheated and scammed - The beds and linen were good and inside was decent it is in a terrible complex of flats that is so run down and exceptionally noisy. also a big light shines straight into the main bedroom. there is absolutely no rest. noisy all night as you can hear your neighbors. it was false advertising. i would never have booked it had I realise the complex it was in and the price of over 250 per night??? instructions to get into the property was poor and I literally walked the whole complex up and down to find it. there was a link to a video to show you how to get in that didn’t work. i really thought i was at the wrong place when i saw it!!!! what a dump!
• Jack (3/5): Poor - Had issues with internet and light bulbs, staff where helpful and fixed the issue in a timely manner. Large mould issue through out the apartment. Took a long time for refund, had to keep following up.
