- Jessica (6/5): Nunca mais fico nesse lugar. - A cama é bem confortável A tranca para entrar no quarto estava com mau contato, me deixando trancada do lado de fora por mais de meia hora no 1 dia. E passando muito sufoco em todos os outros sempre que precisava sair. Não havia tv no quarto como especificava no anúncio, no dia que cheguei falei sobre a tv, 2 dias depois mandaram a tv pra lá, mas sem controle, o moço saiu pra comprar um controle mas não resolveu, não pegou. No outro dia novamente foram lá trocar a tv por outra de outro quarto e novamente não pegou. Fiquei dois dias tento que aguardar os técnicos e com gente dentro do quarto sempre no horário da noite. E no final passei toda estadia sem tv. Os funcionários da recepção também não foram muito receptivos. E ainda tive problemas com gente entrando no meu quarto quando eu não estava. Sem minha permissão

Sem qualquer manutenção. Ainda; infestado de baratas de todos os tamanhos. TV, não funciona e o serviço é muito ruim.

- Ana (1/5): Estado muito ruim. Ausente de manutenção. - Localização. A propriedade já foi muito utilizada. Porém, sem manutenção. Existe uma infestação terrível de baratas e a propriedade sequer, responde, quando precisa. Colchão afundando com o peso do corpo. Cantos sujos. Limpeza mal feita. Administradora da propriedade é pessoa muito difícil. A TV não funciona. Coisas desparafusadas. Ar condicionado, te molha inteiro. Cortina esgaçada e caindo. Vidros sujos. Buraco na parede. Manta usada. Não manda um enredom. Entre outros. Fui obrigada a ficar um mês, para não perder o pagamento. Já que houve recusa na devolução.
