Потрясающий завтрак, новое постельное белье, ортопедические подушки и чистота!!! Отель ровно год назад открылся и все абсолютно новое! Я в восторге! Ребята встретили с чаем и угощеньем! Спасибо!!! -

Прекрасное постельное белье и великолепные подушки, вид на мечеть и горы. Чисто, приготовили нам очень вкусный завтрак, немного кофе только подкачал. Тапочки были, важно, т к пол холодный. Большая терраса. Нет лифта, иногда это важно. Но апартаменты (все-таки это не отель в общем смысле) очень свежие, новые, приятные. При выезде подарили сувениры. Персонал вежливый и приветливый, у администратора прекрасный английский. С лифтом и хорошим кофе было бы идеально.

The weather was unfortunately cold and the breakfast room was not heated. There is only a split system in the room to heat the room but the staff was wonderful to let the room warm up (by giving us a second key to leave in the room) while we had a walk in the medina.

Israel (10/5): Outstanding and very memorable!! - Very clean, close to the city center, in a quiet location, free parking. The customer service was outstanding. The staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. They were able to get some medicine delivered for my wife after hours. They helped my wife get a birthday cake and decorate our room to surprise me for my birthday. Issam, Mahmoud and Mohamed provided the best customer service possible, they were impressive. We had a great experience because of them. We highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed. Also the great breakfast served in our room was very romantic. We liked everything about the hotel!

Sara (1/5): Waste of money - Save your money! Our family visits Chefchaouen fairly regularly and this has been the worst experience. 1. Mediocre rooms and accommodation, nothing special at all compared to other hotels, extremely poor lighting and the floor had old food collecting ants in my room. 2. We had one of their most expensive suites and only one room had air conditioning. The other bedroom was boiling hot and they confirmed they cannot do anything because there is one AC. I told them we will need to take another hotel because my baby was ill and the heat was unbearable, and they just ignored my messages after that until I left. 3. I had contacted the hotel several days in advance to inform them my entire family had gotten sick and request some kind of accommodation (refund if possible but even a voucher would have been fine), and they didn’t reply to my concerns and outright rejected the request via Booking.com. Having dealt with many hotels in Morocco and globally over the years, I have never had such poor service and inflexibility, especially at this price point. There are so many better hotels and dars with kind and hardworking staff. Save your money and give your service to good people! Icing on top: they told Booking.com I didn’t show up so that I can’t review them or get a refund! (Booking has now rectified this).

George (10/5): Luxury Chefchaouen - you bet! - Everything - beautiful location - wonderful staff a lovely home prepared breakfast - I couldn’t fault this property. Special thanks to Mahmoud and to Mohammed who are brilliant ambassadors for Luxury Chefchaouen and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable, booking a restaurant for us after we arrived later than expected and assisting with my wife’s dietary requirements at breakfast. Overall a fabulous experience. We liked everything about Luxury Chefchaouen.
