Anne (9/5): Superb - Batemans Bay is always a great destination for a holiday. The house in Surf Beach was very comfortable for a family. Large table to eat and play board games. Seating for everyone to watch TV. Kitchen has everything you need. Spacious and not on top of each other.
Malcolm (8/5): South coast getaway with the family and pets. - Spacious and comfortable house. 5 mins short drive to surf beach and amenities and only 10mins to Batemans Bay. Has the essentials and plenty of parking for cars/trailers/boat etc. I suggest that a barrier or small fence is installed above the retaining wall that separates the tiered lawn and patio. The drop is quite substantial (approx 100cm) and can allow a small child or pet hurt themselves if they jumped onto the concrete ground rather than using the steps further along.
