• mabel (10/5): Everyone should know about Fairfield at Forest City, Ark. - We have been traveling along this route often. We can say this is the first hotel we enjoy the most in every aspect. We will continue to include them in our list. Breakfast can be improved by adding couple more staples.

• Berkeley (10/5): Beautiful, newer hotel - Being a newer facility, I realize “kinks” need to be wished out-HVAC, plumbing, fixtures, etc. Our commode happened to be clogged when we arrived to our room. The young man on duty that evening (I tried to get his name the next day…see my next text) fixed the problem with a great attitude and in a timely fashion. At checkout, around 8:15 5/3, I waited over 5 mins for someone to show up at front desk but no one ever did.

• Priscilla (5/5): We wanted to like this place. It was well suited and reasonably priced but the toilet issue was a big problem and staff - It was attractive and modern. The toilet in our room was clogged and nearly led to a bathroom disaster. The staff was clueless about what to do and finally found a plunger for me (after several requests) but the toilet wouldn’t unclog.

• kathryn (3/5): Disappointed - The building was new, there were enough towels. I reserved a king suite, but upon arrival was told there were no king rooms available. The person at the desk informed me that reserving a room online " blocks one out", but because I wasn't issued a room # when I made the reservation that a king room was not held to be available for me to actually stay in. I have stayed at many hotels over the years and made the reservations online and NEVER had this issue with any other hotel. Breakfast was inadequate to the point that I watched at least 40 people attempt to get scrambled eggs and there were none. Several people actually requested that the very small warmer be replenished. They were told it would be but it never was. The variety and quantity of food was extremely disappointing
