• Aime (8/5): The motel is nice like an hotel but it looks like there is some a little negligence is coming slowly - The location was good and easy to find. Quiet area . The sink was not draining properly, I had to wait for several minutes until all the water dried out. The floor in the 205 room between two beds is not in place, maintenance service has to check it out. Same thing with the bath tub, it looks like that was a hole in the bath tub and they covered it with a “anti- slippery” plastic and that doesn’t look good.

Had a restaurant and lounge attached and the food was good. Only clean the room every three days, reason why it’s cheaper. Not a big problem if you know about it but I didn’t.

• Hanna (10/5): - My husband stayed at this hotel during a business trip, and everything was excellent and very comfortable. The beds were exceptionally soft, which made his stay especially restful after long workdays. The hotel had a calm, welcoming atmosphere and was very convenient overall. If he travels to Brooks again for business, he will definitely book this same hotel again without any doubt.

• Craig (8/5): Our stay was comfortable & very good value for the money. - All staff in main reception area were very friendly & helpful. Housekeeping staff were also friendly & helpful. Room was clean & a good size. Also had good size closet for luggage & clothing. Chain on exterior door of room was broken. Exterior door also did not close properly. Stairs to rooms & walkways to rooms needed to be shovelled to clear snow & ice. Salt was used but snow & ice still needed to be cleared because conditions were still very icy for guests & also for housekeeping staff. One adult in our group slipped & fell going down the stairs due to the ice.

• Ron (7/5): - The beds were very comfortable, and, for the price it had a fridge, microwave, TV, blow dryer. Flooring replaced carpet, so I found it to be much cleaner, especially since this is a pet friendly accommodation. Although the room temperature was cozy comfortable, the heating system seemed really loud when trying to sleep. In warm weather the air conditioning would likely be just as noisy. I would have liked more signage showing that the rooms were in a separate building from check-in. The clerk was gracious though and walked us out the door and pointed us in the right direction.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and smelled wonderful.the room was overall clean The bathroom could of been cleaner around the baseboards. A quick wipe with a rag could easily grab the dust and hair. They hadn't been wiped in quite some time. Other then that it was great.

• Elizabeth (2/5): Never again. - It was continently located. Heater in room did not work and it was extremely hot - too hot to sleep. Front desk did not care when they were told about the situation. Also, there was a gap of about 1/2 inch under the door to the outside. The only electrical plug unit by the bed was barely attached to the wall and my plug would not stay in unless it was propped up!
