• James (1/5): - The managers and front desk staff were helpful. Specifically Brian Washington, the general manager was very understanding and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Old dirty sheets on bed when I arrived. When I asked for a replacement set, they were the same or worse. Even the mattress cover was dirty. In the morning I asked housecleaning to reclean my room, emphasizing my desire for relatively new, clean sheets. Packed all my stuff in back into my car so housecleaning could retry. When I returned, I noticed that my sheets were new, as in fresh out of the package and still creased new. When I brought this to the general managers attention, I brought him through the room and pointed out all the other things: coffee stains on the walls, unvacuumed living room, dirty counters; all things I would normally ignore except, once you see something as essential as sheets being dirty, the rest just start popping out. I only stayed 2/4 nights of my stay and found other accommodations.

During breakfast they were very strange about eating honestly it was like they didn't want you to have much. It was a little expensive for what we got
• K9992PKtiffanyp (2/5): Disgusting - AVOID. - Unfortunately was booked to stay here for work. Absolutely disgusting hotel, run down and SMELLS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. It’s musty, and not maintained. The furniture is all scratched up and dirty. The vents for ac and the shower are filthy. The bedding was worn out and torn up. Could no pay me any amount of money to stay here. It’s absolutely disgusting and hard to breathe. Run from this hotel, it’s a nightmare. The customer service was nice at least to try and swap rooms, but this whole hotel should be condemned it’s terrible.

• Cynthia (7/5): GOOD LOCATION TO STAY WHEN VISITING FOLKS IN SOUTH BUFFALO - BREAKFAST WAS GOOD… GENTLEMEN WORKER WAS VERY PLEASANT. I REALIZE IIT WAS A SNOWY DAY BUT THE FRONT HALL, LOBBY AREA AND HALL TO THE ELEVATOR WAS WET, PUDDLED UP, DIRTY AND NO ONE WAS DOING ANYTHING TO IMPROVE IT ALL NIGHT. IT HAD BEEN MOPPED WHEN WE CAM DOWN AT 7:00 AM. THE TILED AREAS WERE VERY SLIPPERY!

There wasn't a single good thing about my stay except leaving.My room was absolutely filthy,paint coming off the walls,dust was a quarter inch thick,the curtains were torn up,the tv,microwave were 20 years old,mold on.walls in.the bathroom,stains on the floor because it wasn't mopped for weeks and it showed,the sink was clogged,the toilet was clogged and didnt glush,I opened the back,completely covered in mold.They put me in a joined room I definitely didnt ask for,the neighbor was blasting his music with the bass all the way up,took the desk 5 times of asking before that ended.Sheets,pillow cases and towels were all stained,railing at pool was broken,pool was freezing,room smelled like mildew.At midnight,the same neighbor had someone pounding on his door do hard,the entire floor was looking out of there rooms because we thought it was the police and then it happened again at 4am and again.at 7 am.probably had 15 different people show up and leave,it was awsome being next to a drug dealer..was there 3 nights unfortunately and it costed 560.00 for the worst stay ive ever experienced anywhere and I travel for work.ive stayed in over 30 hotels and this place was hands down the worst.THEY SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED TO STAY OPEN!!! P.S,dont look inside the room heater,completely infested with dirt and mold..
• Thomas (10/5): We were in West Seneca to attend my brother's wake and funeral. Our stay at the Radisson was great. - The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was outstanding with a large selection . The parking area was very large. There were 6 small pillows on the king sized bed and they were all flat.. they should consider upgrading to Saybrook pillows for better comfort.

• James (7/5): Other than disappointment of having to clean the tub, we were pleased with our stay. - The bath tub had 3 pubic hairs and grime on the bottom of tub. I had to clean it before I could take a bath. I took pictures. That I had to clean a bath tun after driving 12 hours to get there to relax. I requested a tub room when I booked on line originally. I called the day of in the morning and spoke to someone at that location to make sure they have us down for a tub room. When I arrived we had already unpacked and were exhausted, I didn’t tell front desk because it would have been a lot more work to pack up and move rooms.

The room is absolutely filthy,the tv,microwave and fridge are from the early 2000s,stained pillow cases and towels.Bathroom is gross,stains on the floor,wood was rotting so they painted it,pained falling off everywhere,sink that doesn't drain,toilet that was clogged so I opened the back to find its completely full of mold.Extremely ignorant crew,the guests next to us had to be told to turn down the music 4 times,they had a friend pounding on their door so damn hard,all the guests on the floor were looking out into the hallway because we thought it was a swat team.Its 410am and my entire family was just woken up by those same guests banging on the door again! I almost fell at the pool because the railing is busted,pool was freezing,mildew problem for sure..Ive seen lazy in my life but nothing like this,this place is an absolute sh!t hole!! My promise to you,you will regret staying here!

We told the staff our story and they were so helpful and friendly. We definitely will be booking here every time we come up to see games at Highmark!!! GO BILLS!!!! Nothing

We came at a time that was stressful for our Family, as my Sister was very ill at a local hospital. We would never hesitate to stay at this hotel again. It was easily accessible and conveniently located to restaurants and other valuable necessities.
• Jingwen (7/5): Ok for one night - Just beside the highway, easy to access. Ok breakfast. The sofa bed is very outdated, it sinks and is not in sleepable condition. They use very cheap synthetic sheets so basically you cannot move your body once you lie down, otherwise, it just creates a lot of static electricity. Very uncomfortable.

This was the 3rd time I've stayed here and the pool water is always freezing where you are unable to swim. The pool room is also chilly. We like to just go for an overnight to swim during cold rainy and snowy months and this has been a problem all 3 times. 😞

I have a hard time with not having my pillows from home but the pillows I had were squishy and the most comfortable pillows ever. This is the 3rd time Inhave stayed at this hotel and everytime the pool water is freezing and you can not swim.

She had me call Expedia and their customer service/billing department were able to contact the hotel and get things sorted out. However, I was stuck waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes after driving 9 hours. I've always had such a fast, smooth experience utilizing expedia for reservations

We've stayed at other places that had a "we only service your room if requested" but we weren't given that information if in fact it is the case. Otherwise the place was very good.

Also not to be underestimated is that they have CBS, NBC etc… so could watch all the other NFL games including in the lobby where they have a TV with the game on where I watched chiefs v ravens with some other friendly fellow fans. Will absolutely stay here in future if I go to buffalo again, go bills
