The hotel shuttle is so easy and convenient. There was a function on the rooftop bar, which caused a fair bit of noise until very late at night as furniture was moved around loudly

- Bruce (6/5): - Had to walk from terminal 1 to terminal 3 in order to get the hotel shuttle. They drop off at terminal 1 I was told they won't pick up at terminal 1 because the shuttle Company does not want to pay the fee. I suggest they change shuttle companies.

They charge extra for almost everything - using the fitness center was 5 Euros for 2 hours. The breakfast was mediocre. The coffee machine broke. They charge 7 Euros per person for a 3-mile ride to the airport.

For a 4 star hotel it should have been much better standard Room - Very disappointing. Room 204. The walls in the bedroom were all flaking paintwork, with humid patches. The toilet was blocked due to faulty flushing . The sink was blocked too. Breakfast - Very minimal. Airport to hotel - Used the hotel shuttle service. The price was supposed to be Eur 7 each way. The actual charge was Eur 9 each way The pool deck area/showers were very dirty

- Kathy (6/5): - the Location was good. Has an airport shuttle which was very convenient The rooftop pool area was dirty. The pool had a green ring aroung it and there was alot of garbage floating in the water. The lounge furniture was worn and the area was very unkempt. As well you were expected to wear a pool cap which was for purchase at the front desk. We found blood on a roll of our toilet paper which really turned us off.

The bar had a live DJ, giving a fun vibe. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful in accommodating and scheduling transportation for guests. The area felt safe and was friendly. The staff were also multilingual and made it easy for international visitors. Guests were not allowed to sit at the bar outdoor tables to enjoy music, unless purchased drinks. All hotel guests should be welcome.

- allan (9/5): Staying near the airport. - The room was nice, new and clean. Location was fun. Several restaurants very close by. I thought the staff were ok but certainly not friendly. I was going back to the airport to drop off a rental car. I asked about where at the airport I could catch the shuttle and was pointed to a nearby map. Ok, except that location was under construction and the shuttle stop somewhere else and unmarked. I finally took a taxi back to the hotel. Not a huge deal but could have avoided with a little staff effort and knowledge.

There were several nice restaurants within walking distance but the hotel restaurant was also quite good.

- stephanie (3/5): Déçu - Il n'y a pas de transats au bord de la piscine et le personnel n'a pas voulu les installer sous prétexte que ce sera fait en juin ou juillet. L'hotel privatise pour des mariages, résultat les clients sont virés de la terrasse ou de la piscine. L’accueil à la réception n'est pas aimable du tout. Et nous avons eu des chambres pour handicapés, pas grave mais pas pratique. La plage est loin de l'hotel

- Michael (3/5): - We chose Hotel Tiber Rooftop & Wellness mainly for the rooftop and the sea view, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The rooftop was taken over by a loud party of teenagers, so it was impossible to enjoy the sunset or any quiet time before our flight. The bed was also not very comfortable. The hotel restaurant, which is advertised as excellent, was also underwhelming and did not meet our expectations. Overall, this stay was quite a disappointment, especially considering the wide choice of hotels near the airport.

Front desk clerks were helpful. No table, not even a tiny one, to set drinks on terrace in this room. We stayed first night of trip & had a better terrace with better view, we stayed again the last night of trip to be near airport. Both stays were good. Recommended.

- Kristin (10/5): Nicer than the usual airport hotel - If you are leaving from Fiumicino Airport, this is a great airport hotel choice. It is clean, modern and has all of the amenities. Fiumicino is a pleasant beach town with lots of restaurants so if you are looking for a last meal in Italy, you have lots of choices. The hotel operates a shuttle to the airport for 7 Euros a head, which is very reasonable. All in all, this is just what you need in an airport hotel. nothing

There was a leak in our sink that would get the bathroom floor quite wet. Since we were only there one night, we just used a towel on the floor to keep it dry. - William (9/5): The Hotel Tiber will always be our "airport arrival/departure" choice. - A great place to stay when needing a hotel near Fiumicino Airport. We have stayed there upon airport arrival as well as before departing the following morning. So easy to take the hotel shuttle. Nice location as it is at the end of street facing the Tyrrhenian Sea and a canal that runs parallel to the street. There are restaurants along the street. Wonderful way to unwind by strolling along the waterway. Then after a restful sleep, we are ready to take the shuttle back to the airport. We have stayed at the Tiber twice and already have it booked again in September. Nothing
