• vivian (2/5): So bad that we could not stay there - Room was filthy and there were ants and roaches all over. Manager said that is normal for a budget hotel. We tried different rooms but they all had the same problem. We had to move out with little help from them except for one staff member. Want refund.
• Ram (6/5): Cheap and Convenient. - I stayed with my wife for 4 days. The staff is just excellent, helping, pleasing and courteous. The location is good. Easy access to Madgaon market. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner only. When there is no BF, the hotel should provide kettle in every room with the tea bags, sugar and milk satchets. My stay was comfortable and would like to visit again.
• Jalandhar (6/5): Good, But near to colva beach - good to stay there and comfort . surya hotel staff is okay but serving and cleaniness is poor.
• Amit (8/5): Good hotel worth of budget - I stayed with family there and found it's very good hotel .close to market and station. Colva beach is also close to it. This hotel has it's own restaurant which provides quality food.

We didn't got bedsheet even after following from start to end. 4. Pillows were very dirty. 5. Helpdesk number was found disconnected after 11 pm everyday.

• Verified traveler (4/5): far away from all visiting locations in Goa - Hotel is ok. to accommodate but the facilities are worst. Nothing is provided from the hotel end and costs are high with in the hotel. Room cleanliness is not on daily basis.

• jane (4/5): women don't go - It was the room manager who made my stay impossible. First day he caressed my cheek and proposed... I was lucky my friend arrived next day. But soon he left the knoking on the door started again. I AM 70.

• Maulik (6/5): Not good - It was ok. Hotel is old build and looked like it was not cleaned or pest controlled for a year. Staff was greedy.... try and get me a vehicle with their cut. Security was not at par as well. The hotel is only good for the group of bachelors.... who can find thing on their own and looking to use hotel only for sleeping.

• Pramod Puri (4/5): - The Hotel is Neat & Clean but Lacks in Power backup, during no power supply by the Municipality. Proper Water supply & Power supply is a must and a backbone of a Hotel, and it lacked in one of those. Lift cabin also stank of some foul smell, and mgmt did not do anything inspite of bieng told. I would rate it as a average indian hotel. w/o any stars.
