- Vikram (5/5): Untidy bathroom and commodes - There is nothing much to like apart from the reasonably accessible location and food tasted good. Poor plumbing, flush doesn't work. Water clogs in basin. Some rooms are very shabby. They selectively take payment upfront from some customer based on look and judgment. That's very unprofessional.

- Iduj (7/5): Budget Hotel Ginger Andheri - Budget hotel ..ok for short term..convenient to airport 3* rating..front desk staff inexperienced ..arrived after a long flight with my husband. Said she cd not check me in tho we were on same flight as cd not find my visa,stamp on my passport..took 45 minutes to check in..paid fir SUPERIOR ROOM ...was given REGULAR Room.. we were so tired at that point that just accepted it.
Breakfast booked for 2..but after I checked out ...as booked with Booking.com....n hubby continued staying there.... wanted him to pay for 2 Breakfasts ...and said to speak to Booking.com
Speaking to Booking.com is impossible.
Toiletries only for 2 days..A sign in Lobby says "more than 2 days buy toothpaste toothbrush etc"
Hubby took a Coaster from Dining Hall up to our room to cover his drink glass for the night . Female (skinny) Restaurant Manager came running after us and,made us return it...soo embarrassing. ONE COASTER..

The staff, especially the Food and Beverage team supervisor Ms.Aishwarya she was well professional and were courteous and attentive during meal service. The breakfast was fresh and served on time, and the dining area was hygienic and comfortable. Any requests we had were handled promptly and professionally. and taste of the food were satisfying. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good service and value for money.

- MitraVasu (1/5): Never ever opt for Ginger at Mahakali caves road - Nothing. Shockingly indifferent managers and badly maintained facilities Imagine the customer safety and convenience protocol in a hotel where:
1. One out of 2 lifts is under repair for 24 hours (maybe more)
2. The hotel does not bother to put a notice on the lift under repair
3. The emergency alarm by the trapped guests is not heard
4. There is no staff trained for opening the stuck lift
5. There is no trained staff and ladder etc to pull the trapped guests out
6. When demanded to reach the Manager, the guests are informed that the manager will be available next day morning
I AM THANKFUL TO MUMBAI POLICE, especially The officer Mr KISHAN KADAM of Mahakali caves police stn to visit immediately and rescue us.
Even the Police, how ever could not obtain a written apology from this Hotel.
