- Alexander (6/5): Good location. - The location was the main reason I booked this place. It is right on the water, exactly what I wanted. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room appeared to have been recently renovated and was very spacious, with a balcony. The towels should be replaced urgently as they looked, felt, and smelled old and worn. The shower stall would benefit from a shelf for soap/ body wash.

- Jeanne (4/5): Serviceable. Good location. - The indoor pool, the porch looking out at the sea. Rooms are spacious. Overhead and hall noise woke me up very early, about 5 am. No conditioner, no dairy for the coffee, no tea. Incredibly and incomparably spare. Breakfast offerings, apart from real oranges and apples, are all low quality and ultra-processed. Read: covering the bases but barely. We had breakfast out. Indoor Pool was very nice, but towels were awful. Second exit from the pool should not be locked.

Muito barulho de gente andando no andar de cima pq o piso é de madeira. Para quem é fumante, tem 2m² para vc fumar, nem na beira do mar pode fumar ao ar livre. Nunca mais volto lá.

- Curry (10/5): Ocean front balcony on a budget. - We enjoyed an ocean view balcony room. It was very clean. However, 2nd floor rooms are only accessible by steep stairs. The staff was extremely helpful and eager to make our stay comfortable. Most importantly, the room rate was very affordable. The only negative quality was the steep stairs. But staff was eager to help get the luggage to the room.

- Connie (7/5): - The location was close to the church and reception and the view from our balcony was breathtaking!! Staff were informative. Tha room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. The dust and bug covered spider webs in the corners of the room between the wall and ceiling were enough to keep me from sleeping well. Ended up checking the rest of the room and bed. Attached a towel to a hanger to clean the massive spider web by the bed and left it on the rock hard sleep sofa in the room. That's where I noticed more spider webs along the ceiling, but did not clean that as cleaning my room was not part of my plans for my 25th wedding anniversary. It's apparent that there is no house keeping on the premises and rooms are not cleaned prior to guests arriving. It was clear this room had not been touched during the winter. Huge miss. A clean room is a small ask when you're paying close to $200 for 1 night.

- Deborah (9/5): Plymouth Sands, a great place to stay - One of our favorite places to stay. Clean rooms, an unbeatable view, and 5 minutes from the beautiful Plymouth Center. They also have an indoor and outdoor pool. They include a Continental breakfast with your stay. Their rooms have been renovated and look really nice. They need shower shelves to place your toiletries such as soap and shampoo.

Loud broken heater, broken frige.both needed to be replaced. Kept my kids and myself up . Cold pool. And the men at the front deck used way too much cologne. Made me nauseous. Also there was construction going on in building, so loud banging, and dusty.I wish we knew! Disappointing continental breakfast. Also restaurant wad closed too. Will not go back !!

Our room had a view of the beach/sea and a balcony, although too chilly to sit out. The breakfast was basic-tea/coffee, cornflakes, toast, waffles , pastries and fruit, but this was all we needed. There was easy parking and a staff member helped us with our suitcases up the stairs (no lift). The indoor pool was available and we enjoyed a short dip. There was some refurbishment and painting going on, but we were not disturbed by it. We felt that the place needed a bit more cleaning to make it tip-top- the stairs were in desperate need of a vacuum!

I had some creepy interactions with the staff. Trying to get in my room while I was sleeping and not knocking which was scary as someone who was traveling alone.

- Sheri (7/5): - Convenient location, although lots of renovations are being done at the hotel and nearby. Offered a Continental breakfast. Bathtub didn't hold water, continually drained. No fan in the bathroom, I had to open the slider window.

- Alexandria (8/5): - Loved that I was right next to a beach, very short distance to all of the historical sites of Plymouth. A great place to stay if you want to spend a day on cape cod exploring but not have to stay on the cape. Breakfast at the hotel with a beautiful view!

- Laurel (7/5): Would consider staying again, but seeking top floor accommodations and ocean side.. - Staff very nice, overall place was very nice for the cost. Loved being right on the ocean, although beach accessibility was greatly lessened by unusual weather. Early night time in room very noisy as could loudly hear rolling chairs from above and conversations from surrounding rooms.

- Charlene (8/5): Our stay was nice and staff were nice and helpful - Breakfast was decent, might be nice to have a microwave Bathroom in room was a bit small with very little counter space and I think a couple of wall hooks or door hook are essential for towels or clothing
- Debra (7/5): It was a mediocre place - The location was good, not too far from the sites. It was relaxing to sit on the deck and watch the waves and the sunset. The bed was comfortable. Linens were clean. The shower floor was griddle and rough on the feet. There was no place the hang clothes. No towel rack to hang wet suits on. It was okay bout will try another place in the future.

- Jerry (10/5): We had a great time and appreciated the closeness in proximity to our Grandaughter at Plimoth Museum - Breakfast was good. View of the ocean awesome. Friendliness great! Ate two dinner meals there acceptable. Room was perfect. Handicap accessible was perfect! Parking great! Didn't use pool or hot tub but they looked inviting! Cant think of anything that could have made the stay better! Appreciated everything about the stay. Was a great place to rest our weary heads.

- Nils Owe (5/5): A sad mistake! - It was free parking at least. I didn't like that it was ice cold in the room when we arrived . We could not stay in the until we had got up to 70 degrees F. The rrom was not completly clean either. Finally the breakfast was under no circumstances acceptabel. It is better they don't serve it.

- Megane (1/5): Expérience vraiment décevante pour le prix ! - Plage Rapport Qualité - prix, chambre vraiment désuète, propreté très limite. Honte à BOOKING de pratiquer des tarifs pareils avec tant de marge. L'hôtel est peuplé de travailleurs de chantier mais la chambre coûte 450€ ... NO WAY !
- Kristoffer (4/5): Staff is terrible do not stay there - Location and that was about it The staff was terrible telling us we couldn’t drink water in the jacuzzi. We ended up leaving because he was too overbearing and pretty much ruined our trip.

- Charlotte (9/5): Very brief but comfortable overnight stay. Wish we could have stayed for breakfast! - Arrived late, left early but the location & the accommodation was what we wanted. Helpful & welcoming staff.

- CATHERINE (4/5): Lower your expectations - Ample parking . Heat worked. No protein options at breakfast. All carbs . No hot water in shower or to take a tub, only hot water was in the sink. TV was fuzzy, picture looked blurry- poor connection ? Stairs to the beach unsafe - could not bring grandkids down to visit the beach which had been my plan bcause the stairs were wobbly . Booked an ocean view and got there to find it was parking lot side. Pictures do not align with room I chose . I made two reservations. Rooms side by side but one was called one thing and the other was described as something else. Weird . No attempts by staff to correct the lack of hot water or fix the TV.
- Joanne (9/5): Good Value for an Older Motel - This is an older motel that is in a convenient location. The front desk staff were friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a room on the street side and it was quiet. Might have been because it was off-season. We would stay here again. The only thing I didn’t care for was that there is a ‘side entrance’ that everyone can use to get to the rooms that is open 24/7. I would prefer if that door was locked after 11pm so that you would have to go through the main lobby.
- Daniel (9/5): Short but Memorable Stay - Being by the sea was beautiful. You can open your windows to hear the waves. Such a beautiful location. Very close to Plymouth town and right next door to Plimoth Patuxet open air museum (which is the reason we went to visit). I would love to return to Pilgrim Sands during the warmer season. It was a short, but very memorable stay up there. The room looked a bit bare. The patio almost looked abandoned too, but that could've just been because we went during the colder season.

- Patty (6/5): A great location right on the beach ! - The location was great! The breakfast was all carbs and fake butter. The lobby had an awful deodorized smell. The heater in the room was so loud. The room was fine but not warm emotionally at all. No rugs, thin covers.
- Paloma (6/5): Very disappointing, mainly if you take into account that I paid extra for a delux experience. - Its location. The staff were nice. The hotel is old, rundown and the bathroom is so old it can’t be clean. The bathtub had a grayish layer of old dirtiness. The views are ruined because the windows are covered with scratched old plastic.
