• Wataru (10/5): - 出張で泊まりました。 三宮駅駅から近いのは便利ですが、 新神戸駅からだと少し時間がかかります。 そのため、出張の前泊で使用予定の方は、移動ルートを考えておくことをお勧めします。 お風呂の水圧は少し弱めでした。 部屋についていきなりお風呂に浸かりたい方は、まずは部屋に入り次第お風呂のお湯を張り始めることをお勧めします。

• Verified traveler (8/5): お手頃なホテルです。 - 設備は古いですが、清潔に保たれています。 また、駅から少し離れていますが、徒歩圏内です。 宿泊料も比較的安く、身でのビジネス利用であれば全く問題ないレベルです。
• Russell (4/5): - An older property in a really good location. It was a pretty standard business-hotel style room, but a few missing standard amentities really means I would have rather stayed somewhere else. The walls were also paper thin; our neighbor watched the news at normal volume and we were able to hear it legibly until he decided it was time to turn in.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 古いけど普通くらいかな。 - 全般的に古い印象はぬぐえません。へやも狭く、冷蔵庫は閉まりにくく、無理に閉めると中身がこおり、きゅうりや茹で玉子がだめになりました。一週間ほどの滞在ですが、膝などにぶつぶつがでました。 朝ごはんはコムシノワのパンが食べ放題で焼いてくださいます。毎日でる茹で玉子なのにほとんどが殻に白身がくっついてボロボロにしないと剥けません。孔をあければつるんと剥けるようになるのに。 建物は古いけど工務店が建ててるので、震災の時も無傷だったとのことで安全ではありそうです。コインランドリーやレンジがないので不便でした。
• Shinya (10/5): 必要にして十分 - 所用でチェックインが夜中になり、「サービス」を評価する機会、材料が少なかったので、満点は差し上げませんでしたが、必要十分の応対をして戴けました。帳場のある一階から、四階より上にある食堂、客室に行き来する昇降機はかなり狭く、これは不便と言えば不便です。部屋は清潔で、ゆっり休めました。wifiも快適です。浴衣の備え付けを改め、必要な宿泊客が帳場脇で受け取り、部屋に行く方式でした。これで不便を感じる客もいるはずですが、私は特に困りませんでした。神戸三宮、三ノ宮にほど近く、用務地への往来にも便利でした。出張での利用ながら、思い出に残る旅になりました。

• Verified traveler (4/5): - 設備老舊 床小，但最嚴重的是禁菸管制很差。我們是住兩天，第一天都很好，但第二天晚上一進門整間都是煙味，疑似是從通風口傳來的，好不容易等到煙味散去，隔天早上又再度傳來煙味。標榜是禁煙房，應該要徹底做好，否則對煙草過敏者如何選擇？
• KAZUYUKI (6/5): メリットデメリット - 建物は古く施設も最低限であったが、駅から徒歩圏内で利便性があるのと、食堂のスタッフの方がとても親切であった。
• Mogi (6/5): - チェックインしようとしたところ、最初の従業員の対応が失礼で、カチンときましたがぐっとこらえて部屋に入りました。暑い日だったせいもあるのでしょうが、空調がなかなか効かず辛かった...たまたまなのかもしれませんが二度は来ないなと思いました。
• Verified traveler (4/5): カビだらけ - 床のカーペットがボロボロで埃が落ちていたところまでは我慢したとしても、浴室の壁にびっしり着いた黒カビと赤カビには恐怖すら覚えた。
• ひろみ (6/5): 快適に過ごす事ができました - 新幹線パックと単体予約で友人とフロアーが別々になってしまいましたが、隣同志への変更要望に迅速に回答していただけました。

• Verified traveler (8/5): - 三宮駅に近く便利でした。今回、大きなトランクがあり、チェックアウトの際、一時預かってもらったのですが、保管場所がロビーにそのままで、預かりタグもなく不安でした。できれば人目のつかない保管場所があればと思います。
• Fumi (8/5): Overall good. - The area is quite, distance from the station is not too long. The rooom is smaller than I though. The breakfast bread was delicious !

• CHIN PANG (4/5): 服務一般，幸好得Hotels.com 幫忙 - 入住兩天，晚上才發現沒有水煲，因酒店說明熱水需要在其他樓層提取，可是連水壺都沒有提供，其後將事件寫上心得內，當第二天晚上回酒店時，Hotels.com 已將事情告訴酒店，實在令我驚訝Hotels.com 不只做booking ，還會留意顧客問題給予即時協助，真的很我窩心。
• nuoritoveri (2/5): needs redecoration, small room, bad breakfast, stable wifi - The staff is very nice, but does not speak much English. The rooms is small, very old, no wardrobe. There is mould on the bathroom curtain. The air-conditioning blows into your bed, no way to open window. I'm also used to much wider choice at breakfast. There is free water machine in the room on 9th floor. The wifi is stable, with password (fortunately no facebook/gmail logging), but my colleague complained about the speed.
• Ho Ting (6/5): Very near to Kobe Station - - Room is pretty small - Location is good, very near to Kobe station - Old but clean in general - Quite dark in the room and corridor
• 294swat (6/5): Average at best - Location is great, very close to Sannomiya train station and also next door to a Family Mart, room size is on the smaller side but fine. Negatives: has poor lighting, air conditioning blows directly onto the bed regardless of the settings so it is uncomfortable to sleep (cannot turn off as room becomes very stuffy), blanket is made of a strange material that feels almost plastic, the bed is not big enough for 2 adults to sleep in comfortably, the bathroom is very very compact with mould on the tiles near the ceiling as well as on shower curtains, and also smelt musty. Has fridge but no kettle, hotel says can borrow from reception if required. Also doors are not electronically locked if that is an issue. Would not recommend a lengthy stay here
• CHIH-YING (4/5): - 房間狹小，寢具硬且粗糙，沒有獨立空調，窗戶也是密閉無法透氣，鄰近三宮車站大概是唯一優點。

• Verified traveler (8/5): ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ แต่เดินหายากหน่อยต้องใช้ Google map - สามารถเดินจากสถานีรถไฟทั้ง JR และ Subway Sannomiya ติดถนนใหญ่ เดินประมาณ 10 นาที ถามคนแถวนั้นไม่รู้จักต้องใช้ Google map คอยช่วย คนญี่ปุ่นวัยทำงานมาพักเยอะ ของในห้องก็มีเท่าที่จำเป็นจริงๆ ตู้เย็น กาน้ำร้อน แต่ไม่มีแก้วน้ำร้อนให้ มีแก้วน้ำดื่ม ไดร์ TV แต่ดูไม่ได้ ถ้าจะดูต้องซื้อบัตรไปเติม โดยรวมแล้วก็โอเคค่ะสะดวกดี
• anneg339 (4/5): overpriced basic hotel with poor breakfasts - Finding any building in a town with no street names is difficult enough and even the taxi drivers did not all know where this one was. It was in fact central but I would suggest looking further out of town for a quieter area on the efficient train route. The breakfasts were very poor (boiled eggs,tiny salad, coffee, lots of bread) and well over the price of local cafes. Other hotels offer buffet breakfasts for similar cost, Clean, quiet but priced as if it was a better hotel than it is.

• YOSHINORI (8/5): 便利で心地よいホテル - 翌日ゴルフ（三木方面）のために大阪で宴会の後泊まりました。遅くに入り、早くに出たのですが、フロントの応対は親切で気持ち良く、また朝食のサービスも心地よかった。価格からみれば大変満足。駅に近いのもありがたかった。

• Verified traveler (6/5): Great location, but dirty - The location was great. It was very close to a large station, shopping and several popular tourist sights. The room was small, but that was expected. The hotel provided free water and tea. They also had update their internet to be wireless (although I didn't end up using it). However, the room was very dirty. I found hair in bathroom and there was mold on the shower curtain.

• Noi (8/5): very convenient location - Within 5-7 min walk from Sannomiya station, it is easy to get around and see the city. The staff are super nice and helpful. The room is clean, and well-equipped with basic facilities. The bed size and space in the small double though is a bit small for two, but understandable and reasonable for the price paid.
• AlanRaj (6/5): Hotel that is on the verge of shutting down? - A very small hotel with not many facilities. Very few hotel guests and main Cafe/Restaurants remains closed after breakfast. Extremely small rooms.
• Anna (6/5): Very conveniently located economy hotel - A nice place to stay, good value deal. Minutes walk to Sannomiya. The rooms are small, but very clean. Surprized to learn there was no wi-fi, though...
