Over all worst experience, NO STAFF FOR HELP OR ASSISTANCE

- Kari (10/5): Nice place - The service is excellent and the area is quite safe for a woman traveling alone. This is my go to place in Thane. Shuttle to the airport is good. I gave it four stars in one area for a funny smell at times on my floor of the hotel. Also I did not like having to pay for eggs in my room and not being able to get them free with the huge buffet.

- Gaurav (8/5): Great location for tourism and business. - Great location for tourism and business alike. Attentive staff at reception. Breakfast buffet is really good, especially for vegetarians who like Indian food. Housekeeping staff could do bit more eye for detail when cleaning as found few things with dirty spots on them. Personally, only thing bothered me was the lack of gym. Something as small as containing couple of treadmills / cross trainers would have done for me to keep up with my daily 5K walking routine and avoid putting some weight on.

While some of the staff was nice and pleasant, most were moving around like it was a lazy day. The location is OK, but there is a great mall 1 block away that is nice. However, the building is half of a hospital, so you hear sirens all night. There are many other choices in Mumbai, choose them

PArking is an issue in this property. Food was a big problem. Only Veg options available for breakfast and the quality was also nothing to write home about. THey have a cafe in the hotel which is equally bad. No gym or swimming pool.

We Could Bare Hunger But I Had Seven Year Old Daughter For Whom We Had To Arranged From Outside. It Was Good That We Had Our Personal Attend With Us.

On this trip to India, I stayed at several hotels and this one had the most comfortable bed and room. Breakfast buffet is free and just about the best I've had outside Singapore. If you need to be in this part of Mumbai, this is a great hotel.
- Jonathan (8/5): Great service - I stayed at the Thane Fortune City hotel for 7 days in June. The hotel is very clean and the hotel staff maintains a high quality of service. The hotel food was good as well. The only area of improvement I would recommend for the hotel is to include wifi in the rooms. There is a wired Internet connection, but that can't be used by tablets or cell phones.

- Michael (10/5): Excellent Business Hotel - This is a relatively new hotel which caters really well for the business traveler. Everything is clean and works well (not always the case in India). Internet worked reliably, bed was very comfortable, a/c was good, free coffee & tea. Staff are really helpful. Breakfast buffet is exceptional and free. The Deli has great food and drinks (non alcoholic). It's in Thane, a bit out of central Mumbai, but if you're doing business in the northern parts of Mumbai, it's ideal. Local surroundings not great (but OK for Mumbai) and you can get a rickshaw to the nearby malls for a few rupees. Great value for money. Unfortunately, no gym.
