- Katya (10/5): A well deserved 4 star hotel - Everything was absolutely perfect: very nice staff at the reception, we were upgraded to more spacious rooms and given vouchers for a free drink at the bar. The underground parking was very handy. The rooms were huge, modern and immaculately clean. The breakfast was fantastic. The beds were really comfortable. We would have stayed for longer if we could. Thank you! Nothing to complain about.
- Gérard (9/5): Séjour à Milan pour un salon - La gentillesse du personnel . Se détendre dans la piscine après une journée de salon. Le petit déjeuner avec un très grand choix . Le confort de la chambre. Les plats servis au restaurant ne sont pas au niveau de l’hôtel
- Emily (9/5): Amazing, staff were 10/10, service was great and a very luxurious stay - Everything - the amenities, the complimentary fridge being stocked up, the helpful and very friendly staff, the little things that were thought through, the beds were so comfortable, very clean and nothing was too much trouble. The location, if you want to explore Milan and use public transport, sadly this is not the location. We had to use Uber to get to stations which was expensive for each short trip, the only downfall to this hotel.

- Ina (10/5): Minunat - Foarte curat, elegant, comunicare foarte buna. Micul dejun ne-a cucerit și chiar extrem de variat și mega gustos. Patul foarte confortabil și camera spațioasă.

- Michele (9/5): Albergo e Cucina di livello - Colazione molto abbondante e con prodotti di qualità Cena deliziosa (il risotto allo zafferano con l'ossobuco di vitella sembrava fatto da uno chef stellato) Staff molto cortese e disponibile Pulizia complessiva dell'albergo molto buona Il bagno della camera mi è sembrato un po datato e poco funzionale (es. gli asciugamani erano molto distanti rispetto alla doccia). è un po fuorimano per chi desidera visitare la città di Milano

- Alen (10/5): Ci tornerei sicuramente - Colazione super fornita, completa e tutto fresco preso la momento! Piscina ottimale per rilassarsi quella oretta che basta. I succhi un po zuccherati.

- Le (1/5): Chỉ xứng đáng 1 sao - Sạch sẽ Tôi có đặt ở đó hai đêm cùng gia đình nhưng thái độ phục vụ nhân viên cực kỳ thiếu thân thiện, tôi và vợ tôi cùng 3 đứa con nhỏ đặt bàn tại nhà hàng cho 19:30 nhưng khi chúng tôi xuống thì nhận thông báo nhà hàng đóng cửa và chỉ có đồ ăn tại bar, một sự thiếu chung thực và gây hoài nghi về tất cả, sau đó chúng tôi có đi ra nhà hàng khác ăn bằng taxi do nhân viên lễ tân đặt, thật đáng kinh ngạc khi 22 euro cho 750m Mọi thứ xung quanh khách sạn thật ảm đạm và có gì đó bất an, tôi đã đặt hai tối với hơn 700 euro nhưng chúng tôi không giám ở lại ngày hôm sau, buổi sáng tôi có trả phòng và không được một câu hỏi nào của lễ tân , thật đáng khinh bỉ, nó như một trò lừa đảo và rình mò Tôi khuyên các bạn đừng đến đây và những gia đình có con nhỏ hay lên thận trọng về an toàn ở khách sạn này

- Carmelo (5/5): Ottimo PERSONALE e ottima reception - il PERSONALE tutto Gentile è sempre disponibile la stanza piccolissima, è impossibile muoversi, in sessant’anni che frequento gli alberghi non mi è mai successo di avere una stanza base così piccola… Il bagno buono.
