- Tess (7/5): A disappointing stay - Very convenient location for exploring the east side of Tokyo, and access to Haneda airport It’s quite an old hotel, and the sound proofing was pretty bad - we could hear people constantly thumping on the floor above us. We booked a large room (28 m2), but due tothe layout of the room (long and skinny), there wasn’t actually that much space. We’d stayed in smaller rooms on this trip that offered much more useable space.

- Faith (6/5): Good Location, Clean Rooms, Poor Soundproofing - Location was close to the subway stations and room was clean. Sound proofing was not the best. We stayed next to a family with a young child who was jumping around from 2:30-7:00 am causing us to get no sleep that night. We called front desk to tell them, but the noise continued the next night. We asked to change rooms, thankfully front desk moved us into a higher floor corner room and it was much better, but we still heard people talking late into the night in the room next to us.

Cuando llegamos a tokyo fuimos al hotel y a la vuelta de nuestro viaje lo volvimos a elegir, pero la segunda vuelta la experiencia fue mala. Viajamos con bebe 1 año y 4 meses, el ultimo dia la habitacion, una de las camas estaba mojada porque nuestra bebe tiro agua y no le cambiaron las sabanas. Hombre cargando 3 valjas y todo lo del bebe, pedi en el lobby si al dia siguiente me podian ayudar y me dijieron que era self service. ( 4 estrellas tiene este hotel segun booking)

- Vo (8/5): - Staffs were friendly and the location is convenient in Tokyo. The carpet in the room smells kinda old and musty. Also the restroom smells like sewer on the first night we stayed there.

- Sonia (8/5): Hotel bien situé pour une fin de séjour vers Haneda - L'emplacement proche de plusieurs lignes de métro/trains dont le monorail pour Haneda. Le petit-déjeuner Impersonnel. Check in sur machine.. Avec le lit d'appoint, plus trop d'espace disponible dans la chambre.

Attention il y a 2 établissements qui ont un nom similaires très proche. La chambre est spacieuse, on ne manque de rien. Articles de toilettes, café/thé/eau de bienvenue. Le lit est confortable. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Proximité sur des family mart/seven eleven et meme une petite supérette pour faire vivre les locaux.

- Levent Tezgel (8/5): - Konumu, yakında bulunan Metro ve tren ulaşımı sayesinde Tokyo da her yere kolaylıkla ulaşabilirsiniz. Otel sakin sessiz bir sokakta. Temizlik iyi, Bir tür yer yatağı, yaşlılar için zor olabilir, alışık olmadığım türdendi. Otelin geniş loby ve receptionu yok, sınırlı oturma alanı. Bar, cafe yok. Kahvaltı salonu yetersiz, hijyen üst düzey değil, sunum ve büfe tatminkar değil.

- Anna (1/5): Rashes all over our body that itches with red spots all over our body that I had to seek medical help and was prescribed - Nothing, small rooms! My family and I have severe rashes that itches and I have red spots all over my body! I don’t know if it was the pajamasz or the bed! My daughter and granddaughter and myself have the same rash all over our body. The first couple of nights the upstairs room had kids that kept jumping off the bed at night and making thumping sound! Had to ask front desk to call them to stop since it was midnight! Bad sound proofing!
- Kimberlee (7/5): Okay stay - The location to Hammamatsucho station/monorail/Daimon station was excellent. About 7 minutes on foot. We were able to walk to Tokyo Tower and Maple Park in about 20. We didn't try the breakfast, so I cannot review that. The room and furnishings could use a refresh. Our queen size room had a mattress on a platform (futon style) and we needed to be careful when getting up at night so as not to have a misstep. Also, the bathroom is a step up (another trip hazard) and felt cramped, even for a shorter person like me.
