- Karin (6/5): Zermatt est magnifique, mais nous ne retournerons pas à l'hôtel Perren ! - L'emplacement, près des remontées mécaniques et des bus navettes, pas loin de la gare. Le spa pas trop mal. La chambre était petite et la moquette au sol sale et mérite vraiment d'être changée ! Les meubles sont anciens, moches, la douche était minuscule. L'hôtel doit dater des années 80. Le rapport qualité prix est absolument non-justifié. Payer 746.- pour 2 nuits pour une chambre de cette qualité et un petit déjeuner qui était pratiquement vide à 8h15, ce n'est pas normal ! En plus nous avons dû payer 12.- pour un transport en navette de l'hôtel depuis la gare ! Puis, nous nous sommes fait voler notre housse de ski dans le local à skis qui est vraiment étroit, sale et vétuste. Le personnel à la réception n'était pas très sympathique. Zermatt devient inabordable pour les voyageurs qui n'ont pas des moyens financiers supérieurs ! En tant que simple citoyen suisse, on ne peut même plus voyager dans son propre pays sans devoir payer des montants exorbitants, c'est bien triste ! Les hôteliers et restaurateurs de Zermatt abusent vraiment !

- Xiuzhen (9/5): 非常难忘的一次入住。 - 员工非常热情，态度很好也有耐心，酒店设施不错。特定房间可以看到马特宏锋，小贵但是非常好的入住体验，下次还会选择。 枕头不太舒服。

- Brigitte (10/5): Welcoming Alpine Hotel - I liked the location close to everything including the train. The room was comfortable and inviting with a lovely Swiss alpine balcony. Resto La Barrique had great food and again very inviting. The staff does make sure you are not missing anything. Nothing I can think of!

- Norbert (7/5): Den Erwartungen entsprechend! - Das Frühstück war sehr gut und absolut dem guten Standard entsprechend. Die Lage des Hotels war TOP für unsere Zwecke und Nahe dem Bahnhof TOP! Eigentlich nichts.....wir waren für eine Nacht dort, und das war absolut OK und die Mitarbeiter sind extrem positiv, hilfsbereit und aufgestellt. Schade, dass es nicht mehr weitergeht!

- Annie (8/5): Lovely hotel in a fantastic location next to Sunnegga - The hotel was delightful and in a perfect location a few minutes walk from Sunnegga. The ski room was well designed and accessible. I loved the honesty bar and area to chill out in, was nice to have somewhere outside of the room to sit. We had a triple room, had loads of space and a balcony. Staff were really helpful (although there is only one corkscrew in the hotel so bring you own :-)) I didnt get to try the restaurant but it looked awesome and will be on my list for the next visit. The shower above the bath was really low and as it was on the wall longways it meant the area to shower was really small and was just ok for someone of 5"6 not bigger! After a days skiing you want a decent shower (see photos). The bath/ shower combo just didnt match the standard of the hotel or the price you pay for it (given what we had elsewhere in Zermatt).

Keine Verbesserungswünsche. Das Zimmer war beim Eintreffen unbeheizt. Es wäre wünschenswert gewesen, wenn dieses bereits über Raumtermperatur verfügt hätte. Auch im Bad war die Heizung beim Eintreffen ausgeschaltet.

- Sanaz (9/5): - We love this hotel. It was our second stay. The staff is really nice and helpful. The room was big with a lot of storage space and a balcony. It’s a 5 min walk to Sunnega so very convinrent for skiing. The breakfast was good. They have a shuttle for the trainstation. The spa is nice too after a ski day, it’s always nice to relax. We would have loved to have a coffee machine in the room.
- Ursula (9/5): Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in der grandiosen Bergwelt Zermatts! - Das Hotel liegt zentral zum Bahnhof, zu den Bussen und zur Gornergratbahn und ist ohne Anstieg zu erreichen. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Als Einzelreisende habe ich mich sehr wohl gefüh Die Zimmer sind recht schlicht. Der Teppichboden gehört erneuert oder noch besser durch Holzboden zu ersetzten. Das betrifft auch den Aufzug.

- AL (8/5): - Location was perfect, spacious room, refreshing water for welcoming guests, kind concierge. There should be a ramp or elevators heading up from the reception area to the room elevators. We had to carry our luggage, especially long travelling duration from plane to trains, we were tired. There should also be an anti-slip matt on the bathtub and make is seperate from the tub, very dangerous for our mother who is prone to falling to slip on the tub or climb over to shower herself.

- Rob (7/5): - Close to lifts No free shuttle to train station even though we paid a lot of money for the hotel. When I went skiing and my wife helped me getting my boots on etc, when she went back to the breakfast room she was not allowed to stay in the breakfast room anymore. Every morning around 5 or 6 it was very noisy very early because of the hotel staff scraping the snow away at the entrance.
