Expectation of what you order versus what you receive. Breakfast: Also they give you a card with menu options to choose from. This felt a bit bureaucratic. Also 1 coffee is included. You want extra coffee you need to pay cash. I would rather chose from a menu with prices for hotel guests and pay the breakfast on the spot instead of upfront with how they have organised it. Or pay a bit more upfront and not be bothered with additional payment. Their formula just doesn't really work for me.

Big menu to choose from. Gym was small but had what you need for a basic work out. Staff were friendly. There was see through glass wall and door to the outside (back of room) in the bathroom. It was sealed and could only see a wall so still completely private But it let a lot of light into the room at night because all of the bathroom walls are also glass (see through) and blind only covers 1 of the glass walls.

Mike (9/5): Good new hotel - Great staff, always chatting to us. New hotel. Breakfast is a full selection of breathy options, basically a DIY build a full meal option with international dishes. Go try the Japanese tea & matcha & coffee tasting opposite the mall, at Tasting Cups Chontea for a very unique & interesting experience! It's on the main road in Semiyak (20 min walk to beach), lots of touts trying to sell you stuff (including drugs sometimes, beware)

It's about a 15 minute walk to the beach and is in a busy area with plenty of bars and restaurants. Comfortable room & friendly staff. We also got 5 x items of laundry included per day which was handy. It's a very busy area so lots of Hussle & bustle outside & on the way to the beach.

It is close to Seminyak Village, Seminyak Square and Flea Market. We also walked to beach for sunset. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The rooftop pool is big and clean. Breakfast was very good. Can refill water bottles in reception to help reduce waste. Glass wall with glass door into en-suite although there is a one piece blind that can be pulled down for privacy.

Basim (8/5): Good place in very good locatioh. I recommend to be a n your choices. - The hotel is modern and beautiful. It features an excellent location, close to everything—restaurants, supermarkets, and many other options. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Seminyak Beach. However, they could be more generous in providing tissues, toothbrushes, and other single-use amenities for guests. Providing supplies to the in-house guest like slippers, tooth brush, shower kit. Also, their pillows not that much comfortable.
Lars (9/5): Coolt men entrén är som en undanskymd lastkaj - Det här är ett boutique-style hotell med minimal lobby och fokus på rummets bekvämligheter. Man stiger rakt ut i det hårdtrafikerade gatuvimlet. Femstjärniga (i min bok) krogen Buzo ligger bara 25 meter bort. Hotellet är typ coolt 4-stjärnigt. Men frontas av en typ 3-stjärnig 'frukost-restaurang' - inget fel på den ('i sig') - men vi talar om två olika ligor. Ovan nämnda Buzo skulle kvala in som den ideala fronten. Neal (9/5): - 5 free pieces of washing, clean comfortable and modern room. Nice little gym and a great location. Comfy beds. Amazing pool The "bar" on the roof was rarely attended by staff. Had to ring for drinks, 20 min wait for a beer. Minor gripe!

Jeffrey (9/5): Very nice hotel. Staff are amazing. - Huge comfortable bed, nice pool on the rooftop and great location. The staff are so nice and helpful. I will stay at IZE again. Nothing.

Zulhilmi (7/5): It was a good stay - The bathtub was good. Bed is comfortable. Area a good for shopping. No hotel slippers and the floor is very sandy. Unable to smoke even at the balcony. TV could be better as we were not able to go out do to raining. No netflix to watch.

Abdulrahman (8/5): اقامة رخيصه نوعا ما لكن مو الافضل ابدا - نظافة الغرفه تعامل الموظفين موقعه ممتاز الغرفه لايوجد بها عزل صوت وكان صعب جدا تنام وفيه ضوضاء واغاني جنبك قسم المسبح يحتاج الى صيانه واهتمام اكثر الفطور جدا عادي ( اقرب مايكون سيء )
Todd (8/5): Great location, staff and room. - The room was great - clean and comfortable, and the location couldn't have been more convenient. Staff were lovely and helpful. The pool area (on the roof) was a bit run down. We were only there one night so it wasn't an issue for us.
