- Yumiko (5/5): 今回 実家の引越しの為2泊しましたが良かったのはスタッフの対応と朝食のみ - 温泉と朝食 建物じたいが古く 清掃はされているのでしょうが全体に埃ぽい感じがした。 部屋のバスルーム、トイレ、洗面所の天井、床の隅、がシミや黒くなっていた。バスタブも黒くなっている箇所があったり、便器の蓋が割れていた 大浴場の洗い場が少ない為 順番待ちの列ができていて少し大変だった。 冷暖房が部屋で調整できなく、とても寒かった。 すぐに毛布は持ってきてくれましたが アンテーク家具も良いとは思いますが ベットと大きな鏡の向かい合わせは 少し気持ち悪かったです

Location was perfect for my wife and I as I could catch the bus to Kiroro from right out the front and she had plenty to do in town for a few days. Would definitely come back. Minor criticism is that they didn’t offer a luggage transfer service to our next hotel.

- Sing (10/5): A really comfortable and enjoyable stay. 10/10 will be back here again with my family. - The room size was exceptional for a hotel at this price point. The linen and beddings were also really comfortable, and the views of the sandal are delightful. Although it’s a small hotel, the service, the staff, and the amenities provided make it a very pleasant place to stay. They also have an in-house Onsen and free dedicated parking for their guests, which they will secure for you when you are away for the entire duration of your stay. I would recommend this for any kind of traveler, including those who may need some assistance, since the staff here are very accommodating and friendly. Although the location was good for the views, it is a little far from most convenience stores and atms. The walk to the station will be a slight up-hill climb, and the nearest eating place would be across the canal. The shopping street is also a little bit far from the hotel. I also did not appreciate the hidden cost for the compulsory “Onsen tax”, even if it was just 150 jpy, which was charged to me during check-in.
