• Justin (9/5): - Super emplacement. Chambre assez grande et très propre. Pas de problème d’isolation comme on n’était pas orienté côté rue. Super douche. Dans la généralité le personnel était très gentil. Mais on a été accueilli froidement par un/une réceptionniste qui nous a arraché notre carte de crédit des mains. Qui tout au long de notre séjour ne nous a pas répondu une seule fois à nos bonjours.

• Frederick (10/5): To - The hotel suited my needs. Don’t be fooled the the street it is on or the entrance. The hotel was clean and efficiently operated. Staff was cordial and helpful. Best shower in a Hotel I have stayed in. Bathroom is a good size. TV is massive. Bed comfortable and firm. If you are a light sleeper, the noise from the street may bother you. This is not the fault of the hotel, but on weekends the streets are lividly and can carry noise well into the night.

• Michael (6/5): OK for a short stay, not recommended for a longer one. - The location is as central as it can be in Ximen. Friendly and helpful staff, and very good that there is an affordable coin-operated laundry room on the 10th floor. Excellent shower. There is a lot of noise from the street on weekends (the lobby shares a glass wall with a waterpipe bar), but I couldn't hear it from my room. The main problem in my room was that it was very damp. Air conditioning worked fine, but having the bathroom integrated into the room - coupled with poor ventilation - means that the room is constantly humid and the air is pretty bad. OK for a short stay but not recommended for a longer one. Also, there is no closet, so if you are staying for a longer period you have to keep all of your stuff either in your suitcase or on the desk. Bed is hard - some people might like it but my back didn't.
• Daniela (7/5): Great staff and accessible location, but wish the rooms had better ventilation because they smelled like cigarettes. - The staff were accomodating and friendly. We also liked the free refillable drinks and snacks. Our rooms smelled like cigarettes and the aircon was not cold enough because of the centralized aircon throughout the hotel. The only upside to the warm rooms was that we were provided electric fans when we requested for them.
