Morning breakfast was set up early each day and that was greatly appreciated. I’ve always felt that 0630 is too late for most guests. Found room to be clean and comfortable. Checkout was a breeze. The parking lot is tight for full size trucks with trailers. Overall, one of the best Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed in a long time

• David (10/5): The staff were polite, courteous and helpful, the breakfast was amazing, the room was perfect - Emma greeted me as I arrived. She was very kind and helped me check in. I worked front desk at a Holiday Inn in college and have traveled for work most of my time since college so I'm familiar with the usual chit chat, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. That I had let my Rewards membership lapse haha. I had one years ago but this current job I have doesn't have me travel as much. I started a business in Duncan a few years ago even though I live in Tuttle and work in OKC. My business partner who lives in Duncan runs the store. He needed me to come down for the whole weekend to help stock, inventory product and run some events. Emma got me set up with a new rewards membership and I will definitely be staying again in the future.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what really made my visit exceptional was the service at the front desk. Debbie was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. She was professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Whether it was answering questions, offering local recommendations, or handling check-in with ease, her customer service was truly top-notch. It’s clear that Debbie takes pride in her work, and she made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Holiday Inn Duncan is lucky to have her! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

• Travel07385743319 (10/5): 5 STAR SERVICE - I travel full-time for work, and I typically stay at Holiday Inn express and suites. This particular Holiday Inn express exceeded my expectations on all levels, curb a pill, atmosphere, cleanliness, a pool and a hot tub, which is not often found in hotels anymore,the king room, 65 inch flatscreen TV and the bed was very comfortable! The best part of my day was the exceptional service by the front desk… I even had a gold star on my hotel door indicating I was an IHG gold elite member! Oh, and I forgot to mention the infused water and warm cookies in the lobby… This was a first for me at a Holiday Inn express! HUGE KUDOS AMD THANK YOU TO THE STAFF & MANAGEMENT!!

But did not enjoy stay due to the issues with the air conditioning and the mattress being - Nice The air conditioner in the room would not go below 66 degrees, which was too hot for us. Will not stay in another Holiday Inn Express again unless can be guaranteed the room can get below 66 degrees, my husband has COPD and has to have the temperature real cool. Our house we keep at 60 degrees all the time. The mattress on the bed we had was very lumpy mattress and very uncomfortable.
• Kelly (8/5): - Property looks newly renovated, our room was a 2 queen suite with couch, and thought it nice. The A/C wasn’t easy to set, and the room was very muggy when we first arrived. There is window unit and wall thermostat, so not sure if the wall thermostat actually did anything. We didn’t use pool, but it looked nice. Breakfast was good. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, yogurt, etc. Coffee machine apparently grinds fresh coffee beans. Over all would stay again.

She went above and beyond to help my friends who were in town, and was able to help with a late check out — which REALLY helped them a lot! These few words don’t do justice to how they helped, but I’m a BIG BELIEVER when someone does good, to do the best I can to shout them out for it!

I usually stay in small boutique hotels and really had very little hope for a nice room. We didn’t have reservations, just showed up and check in was smooth. Glad we stayed here.

We were on 3rd floor and the people on the 4th floor evidently had some gymnists in the family cause from around 10pm until 8am they would run from one end of room to other, then I guess jump from bed do a triple somersault, hit the floor and take off running again...

I asked a housekeeper of the hotel were all the rooms in that condition and she responded YES . The manager got defensive and refused to move us for the third time and offered a refund. We cut the stay short and opted to leave the day before check out
