Alessandro (10/5): Se dovessi tornare a Bratislava credo ritornerei ancora qui. - Struttura che permette di raggiungere il centro a piedi in cinque minuti. Il personale molto gentile, preparato e ben disposto verso il cliente. L'Hotel si è ammodernato e dispone di apparecchiature efficienti e confortevoli.

Marcelo (8/5): Boa acomodação - Hotel moderno, quarto muito bonito, limpo, amplo e confortável. Instalações impecáveis. Café da manhã farto e bastante variado. A localização é segura, mas numa região muito morta e sem vida, sem restaurantes e comércios nas redondezas. Você precisa de transporte para tudo.

Valeriu (9/5): Overall good value hotel - It is situated in a good and quiet area (if constructions nearby not ongoing - I stayed through the weekend so it was not an issue). Old town is accessible by tram no. 3 and tram no. 9, 3 stops on each line with the station (Blumental) being located 2 minutes from the hotel. You have a Tesco express nearby also. Room is clean, bed comfy. The bathroom fan was a little bit noisy and you cannot turn it off, it goes on and off by its own. The room can get a little bit warmer. Pillows very soft, not to my liking. However, the price per night was good and these issues can be overcome.

Location was great and easy to get to from the airport whilst aldo having easy access to the city centre by tram. I would absolutely love to stay here again. Not at all a fault of the hotel but there is a construction site next door. They were however courteous enough to notify me of this via email before my scheduled stay so I was prepared for this. My room did face the site directly but there was no noise or disruption caused by this, but is worth noting if you are hoping for a room with a nice view!

koban (8/5): - Ubytovanie som vyberala podľa kritérií : blízkosť k divadlu nová scéna a zároveň do centra mesta, raňajky v cene, pomer cena a kvalita. Kategorizácia hotela - congress hotel - mi vlial dôveru v jeho čistotu a štandart služieb. Personál bol plne profesionálny, ale aj skvele naladený, priateľský a ústretový. Logisticky kvôli vedľajšej stavbe výborne vyriešené. Čistota bola ako má byť - skvelá. S raňajkami som bola spokojná, našla som tam všetko čo som potrebovala. Neboli preplácané, ale všetko čo môže človek potrebovať. Vajíčka na 3 spôsoby, anglické ale i kontinentálne raňajky. Slané i sladké, káva, čaj, neriedené džúsy a čo ma potešilo káva a dezert boli tiež skvelé. I keď som mala v zálohe Café Trieste na druhej strane Radlinského ulice, nebolo potrebné túto službu využiť. A čo sa mi ešte páčilo, že čas na odhlásenie bol o 11:00. To nám aj kvôli letu plne vyhovovalo...Btw poloha je skvelá. Priamy spoj z letiskav blízkosti, pešia dostupnosť do centra. Všetko čo potrebujete na nielen víkend v Bratislave Taký malý nezmysel, len, že izba mala priechodné dvere do vedľajšej izby hostí. Boli síce zamknuté, teda nebol problém, ale priestor pre paranoju tam bol.

Andrzej (8/5): - Bardzo dobry hotel, świetnie ,lokalizowany. W pobliżu (200-300 metrów) kilka linii tramwajowych jadących do centrum - na Stare Miasto. Wygodne duze pokoje, bardzo dobre śniadanie. Personel nie wyrabia się z dokładnym sprzątaniem pokoi. Nie jest źle, ale powinno być lepiej: podczas kilkudniowego pobytu np. łazienka była zawsze dobrze sprzątnieta, ale zdarzało się że kubki i szklanki nie były umyte.

Evgeny (7/5): Good value for money hotel - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is rather close to bakeries and coffee shops and within walking distance to the bus and train station. The AC was out when I was visiting, so it was rather stuffy in the room on the 5th floor, even with the window half open. The hotel has a fitness center, but you have to pay an additional 5 euro to use it.

Débora (7/5): Good, I would recommend - Location and presentation. The room was delivered as expected, with 2 separate beds, clean and all the necessary amenities. The AC was difficult to understand and I know and understand these areas are made for cold, but if it’s ac it’s expected to accept that some of us cannot stand too much warmth to sleep. The fact the window opens is a plus, but the AC immediately shuts down, which I also appreciate for energy efficiency however.. hard to cool down the room. Overall I would recommend! I didn’t like the fact there’s no note in Booking saying the gym has an extra fee. I did book this hotel in particular due to that. And the Gym is absolutely amazing but the machines need maintenance. I’m guessing not many people are using it fully which makes the machines get a bit stuck. Also there was a miscommunication between reception and housekeeping which led to the lady bothering us before time to checkout, in local language and rude. But since I couldn’t understand…nothing I can do.
