Je ne me sens pas en sécurité, je trouve que l’accueil n’est pas très propre. Et la dernière fois que j’étais venu dans cet hôtel, la fenêtre avait été fracturée au rez-de-chaussée. Là j’étais au premier étage, la chambre était nickel, mais je ne me sens vraiment pas rassurée dans cet hôtel, c’est très particulier comme ambiance.

Malheureusement, j'ai été assez déçue d'avoir une chambre sans clim et extrêmement mécontente d'apprendre qu'aucun ventilateur n'était mis à disposition. (Séjour tout début septembre, heureusement !)

- Aurélien (8/5): Hôtel très sympa - J'ai passé une nuit dans l'hôtel en avril 2024. L'hôte d'accueil est très sympa, la chambre était très propre. Literie très confortable, sdb fonctionnel. La nuit s'est bien passé malgré peut-être quelques bruits des voisins en milieu de nuit mais sans grosse gravité. P'tit déjeuner très bien, du choix, lieu correct lumineux. Parking de l'hôtel payant sur place 6€

Température de la chambre non réglable, trop chaud. Wifi non opérationnel Bon petit déjeuner Aucun resto à proximité immédiate (environ 1km a pied avant la pizzeria recommandée par l'hotel, tres bon choix !!) Prix de la chambre exorbitant par rapport aux prestations (148€). Je ne recommande pas.

- Hubert (4/5): Chambre qui manque d’un sérieux coup de frais ! - État de la chambre en complet décalage du prix payé… Bouche de ventilation cassée, toilettes dont la chasse d’eau de fonctionnait qu’à moitié, lavabo bouché… Cela faisait longtemps que je n’avais pas dormi dans une chambre qui manquait tellement de rafraîchissement. Si on ajoute le peu de prises disponibles et la lumière qui est tout sauf douce, ça ne fait pas beaucoup de bons points. Vraiment très déçu par la chambre. Offre petit-déjeuner OK sans plus mais difficulté à trouver une table propre le matin (comme les gens débarrassent leur plateau eux-mêmes les tables sont assez peu nettoyées). Trop loin des standards d’un hôtel conventionnel pour moi.

Un service client inexistant et très désagréable. Ils ont revendu nos chambres et ils trouvent ça normal. Tout va bien pour eux. Quelle honte

Porte ouverte en arrivant - télé HS - rideau extérieur sans barre donc ne pouvant plus se baisser et comme il était à moitié baissé à l’extérieur il tapait sur la vitre de la fenêtre. Salle de bain sentant le renfermé et l’humidité. Petit déjeuner très limité avec peu de produits chauds en place car une salle personne pour tout gérer. Une qualité qui ne mérite pas de payer si cher

Faire croire que le parking est plein pour vendre 8€/jour une place qui de toute façon n'est pas numéroté c'est à la limite de l'honnêteté. Pour info, le parking est à moitié occupé. Sinon le personnel est agréable, les chambres sont confortable et calme.

Donc aucun moyen contradictoire si ils retiennent quelques choses.(ça peut s'apparenter à du vol)... Hotel au dessus du tram donc passage fréquents et bruyants... Chambre propre aux premiers abords mais toilettes qui bloquent, 1 ampoule salle de bains HS , distributeur de savon HS ... moustiquaire arrachée,... Parking ouvert mais payant 6€... ( Ils précisent fermé la nuit mais je suis rentré à 23h c'était grand ouvert... Personnel en sous effectif et qui ne peut pas grand chose.

- Christopher (10/5): Super stop-off. - Rooms were great. Large size, beds were comfortable, good breakfast with plenty of choice. Not signed as a hotel so not the easiest to locate. Only after parking at the rear of the block we saw the reception sign. There was an extra cost for parking. No bar or restaurant onsite but only a 10 minute walk to the central plaza with a selection of eateries.

Wel plakte de vloer bij de keuken. Een krukje was zodanig kapot, dat mijn man viel toen hij er op zat. Schroeven zaten onderop los. Ik heb het krukje bij de receptie gebracht.

- Guy (10/5): Sejour affaire de qualité. - Très bon emplacement par rapport à mes activités à l'extérieur de Lyon, site proche des accès autoroutiers, les appartements sont très bien avec ce coin cuisine, une grande salle de douche et un grand lit double. Un espace assez important pour le bureau de travail et le flux Wi-Fi assez rapide. Très bonne prestation en plus le parking sécurisé offert exceptionnellement. Une équipe très accueillante et à l'écoute, Super séjour, je recommande vivement.

- Mickael (6/5): Propre/Confortable mais mal fréquenté - Hôtel très propre. Par contre accueil très moyen, deux jeunes, personnel sans masque, bière sur le comptoir. La nuit entre samedi 13 et dimanche 14, nous étions au premier étage, entre minuit et 2h du matin un bazar complet, musiques à fond, cris, fêtes, l’accueil qui n’intervient que très peu (et à l’air de « participer » ou à minima de tolérer et de laisser entrer). Cela avait l’air de concerner une chambre voisine avec 4/5 personnes, porte ouverte sur le couloir. Excéder, nous avons contacté l’accueil qui n’a pas eu l’air d’avoir vraiment fais quelque chose car cela a continuer pendant plus d’une heure. Très déçu pour un séjour Saint-Valentin. Je déconseille cette hôtel, le quartier entier à l’air d’entrer et sortir à sa guise.

- Andrew (8/5): Reasonable stay once the entrance is found - Reasonable hotel if you can find the entrance. We searched and searched.. there is no obvious way to enter the hotel and no signage at all. In the end we tried our luck with an intercom and luckily made contact. Hotel if fine all round, but a it in the middle of nowhere

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Close to airport and parking convenience, we had trouble finding he place because our GPS did not want to accept the name Saint Priest even though it is a large city near Lyon. But once found, it was great. The information on Expedia said we should contact the facility in advance to get access to the room, but the hotel is staffed 24/7 and we had no trouble getting in.

- Tim (8/5): Hotel located midway between Lyon & Airport - Comfortable room and bed; can make coffee/tea in room; good internet service; bathroom floor is all on one level (sink area, toilet area, shower area) with drain in the floor, slight slope to the drain, and a glass door separating shower area from toilet area - water from shower finds it's way to the sink area and the toilet area. Refrigerator did not work in the room (#222), but desk staff was kind enough to let us store some temperature sensitive items in their refrigerator. Could not print our airline boarding passes, either by putting them on a flash drive and using the lobby computer to access the front desk printer, or by e-mailing them to the front desk as an attachment for them to print (front desk did not receive the e-mail before we had to leave for the airport, approx. 5 hours after sending). Main daytime desk staff spoke English, but the overnight desk person spoke very little English, so communication while trying to get our boarding passes printed was a challenge.

- William (4/5): Not the place for tourists - Much too far from Lyon centre, one hour or more on trams and metro. Very little to see or do and no restaurant / bar. Room was adequate and clean and staff helpful but would not stay here again

No restaurant option at hotel. -poor foam pillows
