- 148hamzahh (10/5): Amazing - good hotel with good services, the receptionist bavie and Alex was so helpful and kind, good swimming pool, gym and restaurants, the hotel provide free space to wash your clothes if you need just buy your soap and machine can wash and dry also inside room there is iron facilities
- Ex-Hostie (8/5): Great business hotel - This area of town is definitely more for the business traveller, which suited my trip as I wanted to be close to the exhibition centre and the private jet airport. It is also central , so I was 20 minutes from downtown, 25 minutes from Yas in a taxi. There are always taxi's outside , two grocery shops in walking distance and an alcohol shop just 2 minutes walk at the side of the hotel. The rooms are well appointed and the staff are always keen to help. I found the bed and pillows quite firm for my liking but apart from that fine. There were a few movie/ English speaking channels on the TV. The instructions for the safe did not match the actual safe in the room so I didn't bother but if you have valuables I would suggest you get the staff to show you how to work it. The only downside for me was the smoking on the bar- I am from the UK where smoking indoors has been against the law for so long I had forgotten how awful it is. They do have some non smoking tables , but that doesn't stop the smell drifting over, Happy hour goes on all evening and the wine is excellent for only 20DHM a glass compared to the full price wine list. I didn't use the restaurant , so have no opinion, the once I had room service it was good as was the once I used the bar I had some snacks. There is a Starbucks in the hotel which also serves hot food. For the price and business location I would stay there again, if I wanted to be by the beach and have a 'resort' type holiday feel I would choose somewhere else. The pool area is small and limited options.

When I got there they had sold my room and we're going to send me to another property 10 mins drive. Then I extended to midnight on the 18th at a half rate, then they charged a full day. Disconnected.

Not much to do near the hotel but with plenty taxis about which were quite cheap then everywhere was within reach, we traveled to Yas Island for the f1 Grand Prix which was over 30 kilometres away and the return fare was about 110 aed, will definitely stay again when we go back to Abu Dhabi.
