Завтраки - шведский стол.. есть бассейн, в номере - все банные и чайные принадлежности)) Дело не в объекте размещения.. а в полном разочаровании расположения этого объекта в районе Нуса-дуа..мало того, что в этом районе цены в магазинах завышены в 2-3 раза, так еще и пляж и море очень грязные. Поэтому никому и никогда ни посоветую нуса- дуа..

Crack papers everywhere. Pool tiles on the bottom of pool coming off. Our room was dated. Mattress very hard. Door wouldn't shut properly, had to slam it. Housekeeping each day was abit slack, never gave extra toiletpaper, never got any body lotion, didn't wipe the counter by jug which if it looks like it needs to be cleaned then clean it. Bath towels small & looking old. Late one afternoon we got backto see a note under door saying there's a private function that night so we couldn't use the outdoor bar area, which we used most nights. SORRY but we were paying quests & that's not acceptable to be told we can't eat dinner or sit around having a drink for the evening, very disappointing as we had been out all day & got back at 7pm wanting to have dinner & drinks & relax.

- Allie (8/5): Great hotel for explorers - The breakfast buffet was the perfect size with rotating breakfast items each day. It offered a good balance for those looking to try different local foods, and those wanting something closer to what they'd have at home. The staff were always friendly and greeted me by name. Happy to answer any questions and give recommendations. This hotel is great for travelers who plan to go out and explore, with the odd two to three days by the pool. The shuttle bus to the beach and Bali Collection were easy to navigate and were very punctual. The property is older and had the natural wear and tear expected from an older building but it was well maintained, always clean, and a great hotel to stay in.

Номера требуют ремонта, розетки вываливаются из стены, шторы в пятнах и дырах, Уборка на 3 из 10, грязно. Балконы вообще непонятно для чего, стоит коробка от кондиционера и не выйти даже. Завтраки невозможно есть, выбора никакого.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Special thanks to Ms. Manis for handling our check-in smoothly and professionally, making us feel welcome right away. We are also very grateful to Ms. Mitha for the thoughtful room upgrade to a Deluxe Garden View, which made our stay even more special. The room itself had a charming vintage style, yet remained very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The peaceful garden view added a relaxing ambiance that made it easy for us to unwind and fully enjoy our time at the hotel. Overall, the service, comfort, and warm hospitality exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire team at Mercure Nusa Dua for making our stay memorable. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Bali.

The staff were amazing and big shout out to Sakthu whose friendly banter in the mornings brightened the day. Food and accommodation was fabulous and we will definitely be back... - Ksenia (5/5): Я в шоке от того, что этот отель носит название Mercure!!! - Прекрасное расположение отеля для пляжного отдыха, территория большая, красивая и зеленая. Отсутствие ползучих животных/насекомых в номерах ( а это немаловажно для Бали). По требованию выдают все наборы, которые должны быть в отелях 4* ( для бритья, для чистки зубов и тд). Завтраки отвратительные ( возможно для азиатов и есть что покушать, но для европейцев отвратительно : сыра, колбасы, масла нет, овощи и все что в теплых контейнерах чесночное и невкусное, кофе это просто черная вода, овощи в минимальном количестве, если хотите хоть немного салата сделать то придется выгрести все что есть там, мастер по яичнице даже по английски не говорит). Номера не просто обновления требуют, там вообще закрывать надо и полностью ремонт делать ( шторы все в пятнах, раковина в трещинах, столещница у раковины тоже вся в трещинах, розетки вываливаются из стены, грязь).

I was able to book a twin room for 1 adult and 2 kids, when I asked for an additional bed, the hotel was unable to supply one.

Номера очень компактные, функциональные. Нет насекомых!) Сам отель нуждается в косметическом ремонте. Выглядит уставшим. Много хлорки в бассейне, еда на завтраках не вкусная и совсем нет мяса(может было, но к 10 я не нашла его на шведском столе) Цена за комнату высокая для такого уровня. - 273linaw (2/5): Horrifying - dilapidated hotel with health hazard - Hotel is in dilapidated state.While the service provided was satisfactory, I must express my disappointment as I do not believe this establishment meets the standards of a 4-star hotel. In fact, I would hesitate to even rate it as a 2-star, finding it more akin to a 1-star property. As an Accor member, I had chosen to stay here for a single night before my flight the following day. Upon entering my initial room, I was concerned to observe the presence of mold and a distinct musty odor. I promptly requested a room change, which was accommodated. However, the alternative room presented its own issues, as the balcony door was unable to close properly. Consequently, I decided to cancel my reservation and relocate to another hotel. I found this to be the shabbiest hotel I have encountered. I am curious as to what may be occurring within Accor, especially given that the hotel itself does not appear to be particularly old. While my cash payment was refunded, the points payment was not. I intend to submit a formal complaint to Accor once my holiday concludes. Additionally, I suspect that the hotel may have restricted the uploading of photos online. Therefore, I advise caution when viewing the online images.
- Maraea (4/5): - The spa was great. The staff were lovely. The grounds werent kept well, I had dust and hair on the floor of my room and found dust and dirt on the toilet floors in the common areas. It has definitely seen better days. There wasnt any teaspoons or milk for coffee. I think if it had a good clean and some renovations it would be really nice.

But you get what you pay for. - -Good value for money -Room service food was actually quite decent -As with all Mercures in Indonesia, cleanliness is always an issue. Your feet will be very dirty just by walking around your room barefoot. -Low sound insulation -Dining area is outdoors, get ready to be eaten alive by mosquitos.

Staff always happy to help staff who cleaned wonderful 😊 lots of choices at breakfast hotel needs up dating around pool area & bar looks out dated needs a little attention, but lovely clean rooms and always left bottles of water in your room which was very nice and free shuttle bus to beach towels also supplied much appreciated 😊 thank you .
- Hardijanto (4/5): 😟 - Der Pool war groß und es gab auch einen Whirlpool. Das Zimmer war um 14 Uhr leider nicht fertig, wir mussten fast 1 Stunde noch warten. Wir hatten für 3 Nächte das Standardzimmer gebucht. Es hatte keinen Balkon und wir konnten auch nicht das Fenster öffnen. Das Zimmer entsprach auf keinen Fall 4*. Die Lage war ok. Zum Strand fährt zu jeder vollen Stunde ein Shuttle. Obwohl wir 5 Minuten früher da waren, war der Shuttle schon weg, da er voll war. Es fuhr dann 30 Minuten ein zweiter Shuttle zum Strand. Die Strandliegen war ok und man bekommt auch Handtücher. Der Strandabschnitt selbst war voller Plastikmüll. Das Nachbargrundstück wurde sauber gemacht und sogar Plastikmüll gesondert entsorgt. Leider blieb der ganze Plastikmüll bei uns liegen. Insgesamt waren die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, wie man es von Bali kennt. Leider sind auch die Gänge sehr hellhörig. Man hört wenn der Nachbar das Zimmer verlässt. Sorry aber 4* Sterne haben wir schon wesentlich besser erlebt.

Beds were not comfortable, tired and run down property. I stayed at this hotel in 2017, and loved it back then so decided to book it again. But after this stay, not booking it again.

- bonesi (6/5): Nice and quiet lovely gardens - Well to wait 4 hrs for your room was not great. They did offer another room to wait in. The ground floor terrace is tiny. When our right room was very wet and slippery, so l asked staff to dry the floor. Room small though the beds were comfy. Breakfast was very good, so were the meals and drinks with our Scoopon voucher. Staff at restaurant great. A short walk when you turn left out of hotel where you will find a supermarket and coffee shop.

Старость постройки отеля компен - Уютно, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, хорошее расположение Плохо вымыты вытяжки. Из-за того, что отель староват, двери на балкон на «ладан дышат», очень плохо открываются, закрываются… Бассейн требует ремонта и чистки (плитки отклеивается, видна в некоторых местах плесень). На части пляжа от отеля плавает пластиковый мусор. Понимаю, что выносит течением, и это нужно решать на уровне правительства острова и страны, но это не отменяет того момента, что он есть и мешает отдыхающим, не говоря уже о вреде природе. Персонал чистит только территорию самого песочного пляжа, а в воде чего только нет. В один день не выдержали и сами собирали. Очень печально такое наблюдать.

Sakthu greeted me my first morning at breakfast and made me feel very welcome. When travelling solo it’s nice to feel at ease in a new place. Thanks to all the Heartist staff for their care!
