- Cosmin Mihai (1/5): Una fregatura, fatte attenzione!! - La posizione dell'albergo Il personale molto gentile e disponibile Mai più! Una delusione assoluta, soldi persi inutilmente Camera 113 .... L'unico voto positivo e per la biancheria pulita il resto è un incubo. Ho prenotato una camera in questo albergo perché volevamo passare una notte nella provincia di Livorno , appena arrivati dopo il check-in siamo rimasti senza parole... le camere con muri sporchi, macchiati, finestre senza tende solo i bastoni rimasti, il bagno si è allagato tutto perché non c'era il piatto doccia e la pendenza mancava, water pieno di calcare...il balcone abbandonato, guardando il terrazzo un disastro, vasi con i fiori caduti.... La colazione viene servita in un albergo vicino però anche qua le posate macchiate, lo spazio poco curato. Le foto non corrispondono con la realtà, praticamente sembra un hotel abbandonato, peccato per chi lavora che deve fare finta che tutto va bene.

Vasta scelta tra dolce e salato per la colazione, cambio della biancheria giornaliero, stanze pulite e tanta tranquillità. Gentilezza e simpatia da parte del ragazzo preposto al chek in e al chek out.

Ieri la torta di mele era ghiacciata . Molto meglio nel fine settimana Miglerei l'attenzione anche per chi non soggiorna in hotel , specialmente durante la settimana dove in questo periodo c'è meno gente. Ospitalità

Stanze tranquille, sempre pulitissime e in un contesto delizioso, a due passi dal mare. La colazione è da non perdere, con tutti i dolci della pasticceria artigianale.

Il ragazzo alla reception davvero gentile e professionale, il personale nell’altra struttura per la colazione inesistente: praticamente c’ero solo io in sala e non sono stato né accolto né servito (non mi è stato indicato un tavolo, il buffet). Mi è stato chiesto il primo giorno se volessi qualcosa da bere, le altre mattine a malapena il saluto. Voglio dire, siamo in bassa stagione, avete un cliente dategli attenzioni. Non che chiedessi cosa, ma un atteggiamento diffidente, poco cordiale quasi fossi “una scocciatura” anziché un cliente pagante

- Samuele (6/5): Pernottamento fuori stagione - Mi è piaciuta la colazione, la posizione e l'arredamento della camera matrimoniale superior. Nella all del hotel non c'era personale, per fare il check in abbiamo dovuto chiamare un numero telefonico e dopo circa 10 minuti è arrivata una simpatica e cordiale signora dal hotel Atlantic che è dello stesso proprietario. Letti piccoli e con materassi duri, sia io che mia moglie (io alto 1,85 e mia moglie 1,75) abbiamo dormito con piedi fuori dal materasso. Il materasso era duro e per uno come me che è abituato a dormire su un fianco non sono riuscito dal male alle spalle. La colazione seppur buona l'abbiamo fatta al Hotel Atlantic, perciò no nel nostro hotel. Il rapporto qualità prezzo visto quanto sopra non è dei migliori.

- Impariamo (1/5): INCLASSIFICABILE VERGOGNOSO SCANDALOSO!!! - Ho prenotato una camera arrivato in albergo non all'orario del check-in non c'era nessuno in reception ho dovuto aspettare quasi un quarto d'ora la camera non era quella che avevo visto il titolare un gran maleducato ha risposto anche male a mio figlio(11anni) che stava dicendo una cosa gli ha detto di stare zitto .Per fare colazione ( non specificato) sono dovuto andare nell'altra struttura quando anche questo non specificato una desolazione unica una esperienza non descrivibile peccato che non potevo mettere 0 come valutazione.Anche le foto del giardino? 🤣🤣Non rispettano quelle sul sito , tenuto male !Cosa mi è piaciuto NIENTE!!! NIENTE finestre a PEZZI, PERSIANE A PEZZI ,una trapunta macchiata di qualcosa che sembrava sangue,poggiolo Ca pezzi , condizionatore che faceva rumore,e questa camera a parola del titolare mi è bastata assegnata ( detto dal titolare ) come camera migliore appena ristrutturata ( penso come poteva essere la peggiore) appena posata la valigia sul porta valige ho dato una facciata su una struttura in ferro attaccata sopra ancora un po' mi cavo un'occhio io con la mia famiglia giro spesso ma un'esperienza così mai vissuta TUTTO MA DICO TUTTO TUTTO MALISSIMO UNA VERGOGNA!! Prese staccate dal muro potrei andare avanti fino a domani ma ora voglio soli dimenticare questa orrenda esperienza!

- Marina (4/5): - La posizione dell' hotel e la colazione consumata in un altro hotel dello stesso proprietario. Di sicuro non lo consiglio Sembrava un hotel dismesso non abitato. Molto trascurato dall' ingresso alla reception. Forse alcune camere erano restaurate ma la nostra matrimoniale economy vabbè era proprio non solo basic ma molto trascurata. Dal bagnetto poco idoneo con poca luce poco pratico e poco pulito alla camera con la testiera del letto solo appoggiata alla rete che quando ti muovevi sbatteva. Niente comodine solo una sedia di plastica. Ci siamo fermate solo per una notte e l abbiamo presa in ridere. Le lenzuola e i cuscini erano puliti . Comunque è la prima volta che soggiorno in una camera così al limite in un albergo. E non abbiamo speso poco anche se è una bella zona siamo fuori stagione.

Abbiamo anche cenato al ristorante dell'hotel atlantic sempre gestito da loro ed era davvero eccellente. Il bagno della nostra camera andrebbe rimodernato, lo scarico della doccia era un po' lento e l'asciugacapelli non funzionante, per fortuna porto sempre il mio e la signora alla reception mi ha prestato una doppia presa per la schuko.

- Camille (5/5): - L'emplacement idéal pour profiter de la ville et de la côte. La vétusté de l'hôtel qui mérite un coup de neuf sur la partie des chambres économiques. Le petit déjeuner servi par une seule personne, pas de self service qui prend beaucoup de temps. La salle de bain qui sent les égouts. La chambre manquait de porte serviette et rien pour poser le nécessaire de toilette à la salle de bain.

- Renata (10/5): Hidden gem - I would like to start this review saying that is my fourth time in Italy and this time I am spending over two weeks here. I have been in 3 starts and 4 starts hotels that I didn’t feel this much comfortable and well served. Everything from the beginning to the very end was perfect. Best in class in service, politeness, kindness, great bed sheets, spacious bedroom, and a speechless breakfast. Everything was fresh made for every customer one by one. Also, the pastries come from the owners bakery and OMG! They taste amazing. I will make sure I recommend this hotel for everyone and for sure I will come back too.
- Silvia (7/5): Great location near the sea and the pine trees wood - the location Everything was looking OK till the last night when a couple in the nearby room spent from 1am until 7am in the morning having sex without interruptions which left me awake all night listening to them = the woman was very vocal and loud- As no human being could possibly last six hours with a tiny breaks in between performances, I suspected they were shooting a porno movie in this very hotel and they had several actors/actresses - it was utterly irritating and definitely not what I paid for

There woman on the reception spoke great English and was very helpful. The breakfast is included in the price, has a good choice but not self served. Rooms are not noise isolated.
