- Lorena (9/5): - Las instalaciones y lo que es el complejo, es precioso. El bufete muy abundante y hay de todo. Eso sí, en la cena la bebida se paga aparte (no va incluida) El complejo está en la ladera de una montaña, por lo que de la recepcion al parking hay que ir subiendo cuesta y escalera. Lo que es la accesibilidad desde el parking al apartamento si vas con carrito de bebé debería estar mejor explicado en el mapa o que la chica que nos atendió nos lo dijera, ya que dimos varias vueltas porque no sabíamos que calle tomar para evitar escaleras y coger el ascensor. A tener en cuenta para preguntar en recepción la próxima vez.

Como tenían de cuidados los jardines con el césped muy cuidado, las palmeras y las buganvillas. Me he quedado asombrada con este lugar, ha sido un gran descubrimiento y repetiré sin dudarlo cuando se pueda volver porque me pilla un viaje muy largo pero mereció la pena Ver pelos que no eran nuestros en el suelo

- Encarnacion (10/5): Muchos años repitiendo en este complejo maravilloso - los jardines y piscinas con tumbonas en todas las plataformas, vegetación exuberante, arquitectura preciosa aunque un poco incómoda con muchas escaleras, pero, cuando el aforo lo permite, te ofertan estancias bajas, El personal es encantador en todas las dependencias, desde que entras en la recepción, en el comedor, camareros, cocineros..., mantenimiento continuamente revisando , animación..., en fin, un personal de diez los apartamentos son de dos camas y a los que llevamos toda una vida juntos nos resulta algo molesto juntar las camitas diariamente, el sofá, al ser sofá/cama es un poco incómodo, pero realmente lo hemos utilizado poquísimo porque sólo volvíamos a la hora de asearnos y dormir,

- shuttleworth (10/5): - How well gardens were kept so smart. The layout of the hotel was great. Food very varied and nicely presented. Tables cleared quickly. Checked in professionally. Queing at certain times at the bar unnecessary?
- Brian (10/5): Staff are very friendly, great choice at breakfast, on a whole good value for money and a comfortable stay. - The rooms were very spacious, we had somewhere to put our cases when we unpacked. We would have liked a coffee table in front of the sofa to put our drinks on.
- Coronado Dominguez (9/5): El lujo no necesita ser caro - Ubicación, el apartamento en general estaba muy bien y muy cerca de la playa. Aparcas el coche y no necesitas usarlo. Te puedes mover por la zona si necesidad de usar transporte, todo está muy a la mano! Por la noche hay karaokes se escucha mucho dentro de las habitaciones, la música está muy fuerte y no es cómodo, pero en general, muy bien y el precio me ha parecido súper bien.
- Marina (9/5): - Super tranquilo el sitio, que es lo que buscábamos, limpio, amplio todo, la comida todos los días variada. Actividades para las noches tanto para adultos como niños. El personal super amable y atento. Justo el día que nos fuimos muchas horas del hotel, cuando volvimos nos encontramos la puerta entre abierta. Al parecer la chica que fue a cambiarnos las toallas se la dejaron abierta. Cuando fuimos a decirlo, dijeron que lo mirarían. Fue el hombre de mantenimiento, lo miró y tampoco podía hacer gran cosa porque ya estaba apretado el freno de la puerta. Espero que presten más atención los empleados cuando entran a las habitaciones
- Jose Manuel (6/5): Una gran decepción para lo que me esperaba - Las instalaciones y es un complejo muy grande . Que teníamos en el baño un hormiguero y la solución en vez de arreglarlo el personal fue ofrecernos un spray para resolver nosotros el problema

- Florentina (6/5): Decepcionante - El hotel está muy bien situado en primera línea de playa y el comedor, la recepción y otras zonas están reformadas. La comida no está mal. A pesar de pedir que nos dieran planta baja (íbamos con un niña y con personas mayores) los dos apartamentos estaban en pisos superiores y muy alejados de recepción, del comedor y de todas las demás instalaciones. Al comentarlo con la recepcionista y pedir otra opción nos dijo que no habia más habitaciones, cosa que dudo bastante porque el hotel distaba mucho de estar lleno. El sofá cama en el que se supone que tenia que dormir mi hija era vergonzoso, el peor que he visto en mi vida en un hotel. Era más cómodo que durmiese en el colchón en el suelo que en esa tortura de sofá. Tampoco podía dormir con nosotros porque nos dieron dos camas de 90 que no podíamos juntar porque se movían mucho. El mini club con horario muy reducido, saturado y un poco caótico y eso que no creo que el hotel estuviese lleno. Para ir a la piscina infantil hay que andar mucho…es muy incómodo subir rampa, escaleras o ascensor para llegar si vas con niños pequeños que vayan en carricoche. El suelo de esta piscina resbala muchísimo. No volveré ni recomendaré a nadie que vaya. Hay muchas opciones mucho mejores en esta localización para ir.

Lo que si pensamos que podria mejorar y bastante,es la limpieza,sobre todo en el exterior! Las escaleras estaban muy sucias! el horario de limpieza sobre todo,el suelo de la piscina para niños,que resbalaba muchisimo,quizas las mantas,son super antiguas y con pelotillas!

- José (8/5): sin preocupaciones - Otro año por aquí, este año la animación infantil genial, las niñas encantadas a pesar que por temas meteorológicos se tuvieron que cambiar muchas cosas. el buffet los desayunos repetitivos, comidas y cenas muy variados Este año nos toco el BU323, sin terraza con un mini balcón, quinto año consecutivo que vamos y el peor apartamento en el que estado.
