Beautiful pool and facilities. - Location and facilities There were a few things inside (eg- shower spilling water over entire bathroom even with shower door shut. ) We informed staff so that staff could inform owners to avoid major damage to floors.

- MSArefin (9/5): Spacious, well-located apartments with great facilities, secure parking, and helpful staff. - The location is excellent, with minimal traffic, great cafés nearby, a lovely park directly across the road, and easy access to Australia Fair Shopping Centre. The surrounding parks and walking paths make for a pleasant stroll. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, with the added convenience of kitchen and laundry facilities. The beds were reasonably comfortable, and the living area had air conditioning, although the bedrooms did not. Remote-control fans are provided in the bedrooms. One downside was that the second bedroom felt quite enclosed, as it has no windows or natural light. Each apartment includes a private balcony, and the property provides linen along with basic starter essentials. Reception staff were very accommodating and happy to supply extra items when requested. The facilities were a highlight, especially the refreshing pool, along with the sauna, steam room, and gym. Undercover secure parking was also included, and the elevators made access to the rooms easy and convenient. Overall, the staff did their best to ensure a comfortable stay. One area that could be improved is the consistency between apartments, as they are privately owned and the level of renovation and furnishings can vary significantly from unit to unit, which we noticed while travelling with four other families who were all given rooms in very different furnishings and conditions.

It was close to the Aquatic Centre and shopping Centre. We used the pool (great temperature) and table tennis amenities. Loved the secure parking Cannot think of anything

- Brijeshkumar (8/5): Our overall stay was nicep - Location was amazing, helpful staff, chen in and check out process easy, park and river across the road, location is surrounded by nature, opportunity to have a good time away from city life, our balcony was looking over river... Facility is bit old, and space looked small perticularly with family of four, lounges require good clean- not sure whether it has permanant oily stains?, and I would prefer bathroom door lock so good for privacy.

Great parking Nothing I didn’t like, but would have liked a few suggestions of local takeaways eg Japanese, Thai, burgers etc. The first we tried from Google no longer operated, 2nd place was called KEBABS but no longer sold kebabs just burgers. Also, went to find a convenience store after 8.30 and they were closed. A head up would have been great
- Sonja (1/5): Be careful - Great location. Each room is owned by different owners, so there’s no consistency. Our room had a massive wardrobe in a small bedroom that was locked for the owner, so we couldn’t use it but had no space. The second bed had a broken bed frame. The oven was damaged but apparently still worked. It was all very sad. We were offered a refund by the manager but this took a week to be returned.

Some nights it was a bit loud outside and the parking lot is quite tricky to navigate with larger cars.

We had issues with bugs notably German Cockroaches, they did bring in a pest control, that helped somewhat. There were issues with the A/C that were not addressed. They put us in another room that was an improvement.

- Adam (3/5): What an absolute disappointment! Sold as a 3 Bedroom penthouse… run down to say the least. - I liked the view Reception service extremely poor with no Follow up or care for customers. Air conditioning in the Penthouse apartment was not working in the master bedroom (upstairs) and in the main living room. Walked into a flooded living room from the air conditioning unit only to be told our pipes freeze if they are set below 21 degrees. Spent time cleaning this up ourselves with buckets all over the kitchen… on our holiday. All weekend no fix, we had to go to reception ourselves and follow up on Monday. Wait around for the plumber only to be told both units needed urgent repairs. Loud temporary unit provided for the master bedroom. What a disappointment!!!! No compensation!!!!! 3rd Bedroom is actually a open mezzanine with a pull across curtain. No walls, no doors, no noise blockout and most importantly no mention in the notes or photos showing this. Never again would we stay at Crystal Bay. Overall apartment extremely run down, expensive and in poor working order.

Full kitchen and laundry facilities. Aircon and fan helped keep the apartment cool. One of the lifts was out of action so it was extremely slow trying to exit the building EVERY time.

Terrible check in trying to get a hold of someone off site via an intercom and then having to read out my credit card details. Location felt a bit unsafe, not really many cafes or shops in walking distance.

We waited at 5th floor with our trolley to vacate in plenty of time before 10am( needed to be elsewhere) but after the lift reached basement, it returned straight to top floor for more 'passengers' which meant it was too full to take us with our trolley- several times!

- Anna (10/5): Love the GoldCoast a great place to travel with so much to do - The apartment was in a great location 👌 in the Labrador area.With a park across the road and about a 10min walk to some restaurants, cafes.It has a pool,gym,sauna/spa and a BBQ area.We had a nice view across the park,lake and SeaWorld and not far with the car to Surfers and other attractions.
- phillips (8/5): Great place, just a lil leaky - Our room had heaps of space being a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The main had an aircon, another had just a ceiling fan and the 3rd had no heating/cooling, however there were a few portable fans we could use where needed. The rooms were comfy as were the beds. The kitchen had plenty of necessities making ot feel homely. The location was on point. Close to everything we wanted to do. The main aircon (in the lounge room) leaked, so we had to leave a mop bucket on the floor to catch the water. The ceiling in the ensuite was damaged above the sink. For 2 days on our holiday it rained and the ceiling leaked.

Pool and general ambience was great. - Really helpful when my daughter had to arrive early from NZ, and my flight arrived much later in the day (therefore she was alone for half the day). The hotel let my daughter leave her bag at reception and use the pool etc. Noise from overnight sleepers on the waterfront.

Les marchés le long de marine parade font un bien fou La poussière n était pas forcément bien faite dans les meubles de rangements. La seconde chambre n avait pas de centre donc pas de lumière naturelle. Une seule salle de bains et un seul toilettes pour 4, c’était vraiment chiant pendant 15 jours.

Starting to show its age and due to its easterly aspect and only on Airconditioning unit in the lounge/kitchen area it was hard to regulate the temperature.

- Arielle (6/5): Ok for the price - Decent size apartment. Thought from the photos used to advertise I was booking an apartment with good waterviews. However my apartment was in the corner and overlooked the park with trees infront and small water views. The apartment also had a musty smell. There was no aircon or fan in the bedroom and the screen door in the bedroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while was very dusty. Lots of little kids in the pool splashing around, when I wanted to relax.
