• Ronald (9/5): Een echte aanrader Hotel Tropika! - Alles was prima in orde! Nette kamer met een goede douche. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en het eten was meer dan goed!
• Jade (8/5): Perfect tropical experience! - Everything from the warm welcome of the staff to the peaceful "tropical" feel of the place. The room was spacious, AC was absolutely freezing & perfect for cooling down after being outside in the heat. Fridge in the room kept our drinks nice & cold. Breakfast buffet was great & worth waking up for! Pool & other amenities were nice & easily accessible. Can't fault every staff as they were all smiling & friendly and so quick to respond if you need any thing. I love the variety of plants & flowers, they all look so healthy & well looked after. Highly recommend this place! Given it is in a "tropical vibe" mosquitoes were expected. LOTS especially at sunset and night time. So make sure you bring a good mozzie repellent. Maybe a suggestion to the venue to have citronella sprays or automatic mosquito sprays/electric insect killer especially outside the Cafe or near the pool as it is a nice spot to seat and enjoy a night swim. The other thing is the noise from lots of construction near the area & the morning very loud ?leaf blower? Could be a little disruptive. Otherwise, nothing too bad.

• Richard (7/5): okay - Breakfast was poor to be honest and I only stayed one night as I explained about Iran war problems and flight changes..I paid for two and could not get refund... no toast no jam and no marmalade ..empty pots of the jam and marmalade..milk was not cold .not much choice for breakfast though what was there was okay but at 3100 peso per night I think it should be better...staff are excellent... as above really...

• Lilian (9/5): Fijn hotel - Heel erg schoon, grote kamers, groot bed dat lekker ligt, mooi en schoon zwembad, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, rustige plek waar je niet merkt dat je in een drukke stad bent, prima uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen, goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding Het is wat gedateerd (badkamer zou bijvoorbeeld een upgrade kunnen gebruiken), maar we hebben ons hier niet aan gestoord omdat het zo schoon is. Ontbijt kan mogelijk iets uitgebreider, zoals het aanbieden van verse koffie, maar was in het algemeen voldoende.

• Casino (9/5): I had a wonderful time and will come back as a guest again. - The facilities were perfect for our class reunion. The breakfast selection was small but I would not expect any more than what was offered. All the choices were delicious and well presented. It was a good sampling of Filipino food. The location was easy to get to as it was just off the main highway and very easy to find. There was easy access to getting a Grab vehicle or a taxi. Accessibility to the pool was excellent. All the staff members were cordial, respectful and accommodating.

The pool is nice, room a dated a bit but not uncomfortable. its also very quiet... King bed are 2 double stock togheter... understand that give flexibility if you need more room with 2 bed but i felt hard sleep on the seam of the center of the mattres to wake up with a numb arm in the middle of the night. ohterwise its a fine establishement.

• Petter (8/5): Litt eldre hotell, men verdt et besøk. - Det lå ikke så langt ifra shoppingsenter og restauranter . Det var stille og rolig der og ikke mye trafikk. Renholdet var veldig bra . Svømmebasseng var rent og solsenger var gode . Frokosten kunne vært bedre. De burde bytte leverandør av kaffe , den smakte ikke godt . Det var en liten frokostbuffet og brødet var tørt samt at varm maten var kald. Min parter fikk ikke ha besøk av nærmeste familie på hennes 30 årsdag og de skulle bare være der 1 time. WiFi var ustabilt og det var dårlig dekning til tider.

The food at the cafeteria was good, and the pool area was enjoyable. However, I did have an unfortunate incident at the pool. While rushing to my child who was calling me, I slipped on the wet tiles surrounding the pool. My left foot was slightly cut by one of the tiles. The pool staff member was incredibly helpful — he went above and beyond to treat my injury with ice and ointment, and I really appreciated his quick response and kindness. I do hope the facility considers replacing the pool tiles with non-slip material. As they are now, they pose a serious trip hazard, especially for parents with young children.

• John (9/5): The hotel was well located to the airport. It was quiet and a peaceful atmosphere. Excellent staff. - The house was well staffed, quiet, pleasant atmosphere. The shower should have a non-slip floor and a bar to prevent falling. The WiFi was not working well sometimes.
• Che (4/5): Avoid at all cost! - The staffs are nice and friendly, the room is clean and the hotel is located near the airport. The AC was too noisy that I couldn’t sleep with the noise. The pillows were too dense and uncomfortable. There’s also a new building being built in the back which is also too noisy at daytime. The breakfast spread was so-so for the price of the stay.

The bed was old and way to soft no support what so ever.

The rooms, although a good size, were a bit dated. The furniture inside the rooms and outdoors around the pool weren't the most comfortable. We spent a bit of time by the pool but didn't stay long due to mosquitoes.
