- Lynn (10/5): Always return to the Beach Hotel - Our stay included breakfast which is always lovely, nice spread. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location perfect. Had a slight problem with bedding but staff always willing to sort out. It was the first time, all our stays have been perfect.

- Belinda (8/5): Quiet seaside stay - The hotel was centrally located with secure parking. There were restuarants in the hotel, so no need to look for elsewhere to eat. It was quiet at night. The carpets in the hotel look as if they could do with a good clean. Breakfast, although tasty was cold, along with cold plates on the first morning. I do feel that they would benefit by having a cooking station, so that one could order fried eggs and possibly omlets. Scrambled eggs dry out very quickly when made in large quantities and left standing.

If you looking for a proper "professional" stay with incredible location, food and feeling this is the one Its a very small thing but with Check In they ask on booking what time do you want to check in on the booking but when you get there the room is not ready (this may be a once off as it was Iron Man Weekend). Second is due to it being established it feels like its missing that value add extra touch feeling (perfect hotel has everything but could use a baked cookie or something extra just to round out a elevated travel experience

- Karin (8/5): Overall we really enjoyed the location, the friendliness of the staff and the food. - The dining room was beautiful and the breakfast had a large variety of food to choose from. The room was very dark with hardly any view. The location was excellent, on the beach and next to a huge shopping mall. The room was too dark and there was hardly any view. We did however book late over a very busy Easter weekend and other rooms had beautiful sea views.

Housekeeping needs a little reminder if a double room is booked then the ‘turndown treat’ should be one on each pillow, not one on one pillow. Same with the coffee and milk - dbl room needs an equal number of coffee sachets and milkies.

His dedication to service is incredible. The rest of the staff could not care about much.Why specify when booking your needs when they do nothing about it.Never take any of the rooms from 4 to 8 . Room 4 is terrible. The noise from the lounge area not pleasant. Looks like when booking with booking.com they give your worst rooms.
