Room is a little smaller that expected, bathroom could be a little tidier. And there could be kettle and maybe forks and knives in the room. There is a circus near hotel, but it's not that bad as some were saying.

• Aleksandar (10/5): Great experience, will come again - The owners and staff were all super nice and accommodating. The place is very clean. They do room cleanup with a towel change every day and they change the bed sheets every few days. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is homemade, and it's really good, especially the traditional meals (moussaka, various savory and sweet pies, cakes etc). The beach is very close and there are plenty of good restaurants with traditional cuisine nearby. No dedicated parking, but you can park on the street near the entrance.

We were very happy to spend our time there - the pool, the balcony, the breakfast. Our walk to the center of Hanioti was 5 minutes. Toward the beach - 10 minutes at best. Needless to say, the location itself is great! There is no private parking, but parking itself isn't very hard to do around the property. :)

They helped us with parking the first night we arrived,breakfast was good, you need to try the home made vanilla jam, it was amazing!!! The owners were very nice, we had a problem and they helped us without hesitation. If we go to Hanioti again, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

• Igor (7/5): Not recommended - Location is good! We didn’t have problem to park our car every day in front of hotel! I really don't understand how a hotel in the 21st century can have such bad wifi! I literally couldn't use the internet, speed is unacceptable low! Very old towels! There is not even a single bottle of water for welcome! You only get shower gel and shampoo on the first day! They literally try to save money on everything!

Locația, foarte aproape de centru. Lipsa parcării la hotel ne-a facut sa parcam in alte locuri nepermise (atenție nu parcați pe trotuarul de vis a vis unde este Circle ca rămâneți fără numere, primiți 150 de euro amenda pe care nu aveti unde sa-i plătiți decat intr-o localitate aflata la aproximativ 60 de km, la care nu aveti cum sa ajungeți decat cu taxiul - așadar încă 150 de euro la taxi...). În rest, numai de bine !

• maartje (7/5): Mooi hotel maar sfeer is gespannen. - Heel Erg goed onderhouden, schoon Zwembad veel kleiner dan verwacht, kamers zijn erg schoon maar wel wat basic voor wat je betaald geen waterkoker. Kapot strijkplanken . En het personeel is zeer behulpzaam maar er hing een zeer gespannen sfeer doordat de eigenaar(denk ik) als een soort politie man het personeel aan stuurde en de gasten aansprak als iemand bv een tafel tegen elkaar wilde schuiven. Het escaleerde een keer met een gast en er werd ook op zeer onvriendelijke toon tegen personeel gesproken. Niet prettig om mee te maken.

I did pay only for her but l just needed to help her set up .lady on front desk probably thought l will be sneaking in and try to stay for free,they didn't let me use the bathroom in my wife's apartment. I guess that's the rool on the hotel l kinda felt awkward. Overall my wife liked the stay and staff tuned to be polite.
• OLTEANU (10/5): Perfect ! - Hotelul merită clasificarea de 3 stele , este curat , oferă un mic dejun bun , diversificat , personalul amabil și promt în servirea clienților . Raportul preț/servicii oferite este unul foarte bun . Recomandăm oricui ajunge în Hanioti ! Mulțumim gazdelor pentru tot ce au făcut spre a avea un concediu plăcut ! Totul este perfect !
• Zaharia (8/5): Basic - Locație aproape de centrul stațiunii, curățenia se făcea zilnic, însă foarte dimineață. Când voiai să mergi în cameră după micul dejun trebuia să așteptăm ca personalul să facă curățenie, ceea ce nu a fost tocmai confortabil. Personalul hotelului era foarte fixist, tot timpul erau acolo, studiind tot ce faci, ce miști. Dimineață la micul dejun doamna de la recepție ne punea scaunul de copil la masa unde voia ea, nu în altă parte, susținând mereu “sunt aici să vă ajut”, însă noi ne-am simțit efectiv sufocați. Tot timpul te simțeai urmărit si apărea de undeva din spate. Nu te ridicai de la masa, ca ea strângea deja farfuria și exemplele pot continua. Micul dejun ok, însă într-un sejur de 8 zile nu s-a schimbat nimic, decât 1-2 feluri de patiserii. Totul basic, am simțit lipsa fructelor( erau doar 2-3). Piscina este mult mai mică ca în poze. Curățenia se face ok, în fiecare zi, însă mult prea devreme.

Relativt liten pool. Poolen var trevlig att bada i och sköna solstolar men poolen är mycket mindre än vad det ser ut som på bilderna som är tagna med vid vinkel. Frukosten var fin och god men lokalen är avskalad och det blir hög ljudvolym pga akustiken.

Both our double and triple rooms were modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with lovely balconies and all the amenities we needed. A special thanks to Mr. Sarantis and Ms. Georgie, who were always so kind, helpful, and welcoming. They truly made us feel at home and took care of every detail with genuine hospitality. We also want to express our heartfelt thanks to Ms. Georgie for the beautiful gesture of gifting us a bottle of wine for our 15th wedding anniversary. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made our stay even more special. The location is perfect which is just a short walk to the beach and to Hanioti center, yet quiet and peaceful for relaxing. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained, perfect for unwinding after a day at the sea. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanioti. • Martina (8/5): - Lo staff è molto cordiale e accogliente, sempre col sorriso. La camera che ci è stata assegnata era piuttosto ampia, con un bel terrazzino. La colazione proposta soddisfa maggiormente i palati salati ma per quelli dolci come noi c’erano comunque delle buone alternative. La struttura si trova a 2 minuti a piedi dal centro dove ci sono diversi locali e negozi e dove c’è anche la spiaggia attrezzata. L’insonorizzazione delle camere è da migliorare e la struttura non ha un parcheggio privato (l’auto va parcheggiata lungo la strada).

• Purcel (10/5): Relaxant și liniștit, exact ce ai nevoie! - Locul foarte curat și bine îngrijit, se face curat în camera în fiecare zi, lenjeria a fost schimbată o dată în timpul sejurului, la 3 zile. Un loc liniștit, personalul foarte amabil și dornic să ajute cu orice ai nevoie! Noi am cerut o cameră cu vedere la piscină și s a ținut cont de dorința noastră. Hotelul se află la o distanță de 5-6 min de mers pe jos, de plajă și de o grămadă de magazine și taverne locale. Micul dejun bun și bogat! Nu au fost lucruri care nu mi au plăcut

• EM (4/5): A SCAM, don’t believe the pictures - The location was okay We were a family of 4 thus we took 2 rooms. We were scammed from the pictures online and ‘good reviews’ as it was not at all as described. One room had a spider net in it, the pillows were dirty, they gave you ‘fresh’ towels who were stained every 2/3 days, changed the sheets once a week (we stayed 4 days and had to tell them repeatedly to change them) and let me not start on the ‘breakfast’ There was a circus nearby with animals, parking was just on the road, the staff was VERY rude as they didn’t leave you alone even when you were eating ‘you sit here’ and looking at us even when we were eating. We paid nearly 200 EUROS PER NIGHT which is waaay expensive, with that kind if money you can stay in the most luxurious hotel in Chalkidiki. A total scam, not reccomend

Kahvaltısı çok güzel ve bol çeşitli. Kliması son derece sessiz çalışıyor ve uyurken insanı rahatsız etmiyor. Otopark problemi yok denecek kadar az. Otelin sahibi beyefendi, son derece kibar, nazik ve ilgili. Bir kere daha gelirsem kesinlikle burada kalırım. Her şeyinden memnun kaldık.

• Dürdane (4/5): Küçük çocuğunuz varsa kesinlikle tavsiye etmem - Tesisin konumu çok iyi merkezde eğlence yerlerine ve restoranlara yürüme mesafesinde kahvaltı açık büfe ve çeşitli idi. Tesisin sahibi sarantis kahvaltı yaparken sürekli müşterileri takip ediyor bu çok can sıkıcı kahvaltıyı küçücük bir alanda yaptırıyor, yan tarafdaki masalara ve dışarı çıkmanıza kesinlikle izin vermeyip çok sert şekilde müdahale ediyor.kahvaltı yapılan yer çok sıcak klimalar yetersiz. Ayrıca küçük kızımla 2 kez masa değiştirdim diye bana hiç hoş olmayan bir tarzla müdahale etti. Ben mecburen masa değiştirmek zorunda kaldım çünkü ortam çok sıcak. Kahvaltı yaparken sürekli gözetleniyorsunuz.

I was pretty much shocked as it was first time I’ve encountered this type of behavior from owners or managers, without even saying a word. We’ve brought our elderly parents to the hotel. The owner started to repeat in a rude manner that we should stay where we are, because the room was booked for 2. My husband was “kindly allowed” to go to the room with his parents and help them with the luggage. Meanwhile me and my daughters were treated like criminals - owner’s daughter was keeping an eye on us. The old man was repeating rudely- you stay here. It was crazy. Was he afraid, that we’d try to sneak and stay in a tiny room together with them? 6 ppl? I doubt that we looked like homeless. EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT I will never recommend this place to anyone. Yes it’s clean, but is it enough these days in Greece to be considered a good service hotel? We were so frustrated, because we have chosen this hotel for our parents. Moreover hotel and rooms in reality are not that spacious and charming.
