- AMMAR (2/5): Worst stay ever - We faced a major problem during the check -in where we were supposed to be in at 14:00 p.m. but there was a delay of an hour and half which screw our schedule for the whole day. As a result we had to check out early at 7:00 a.m.

I would like to thank everyone, especially the lady at reception for allowing us to check in early and upgrading our room. She is a very kind and helpfu lady. Thanks to the Nepali and Indian staffs at the hotel who were amazingly friendly and hospitable to us. The hotel is very clean and the location is great too. The free breakfast buffet was great. I will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future whenever I visit Kuwait.

- Mazen (8/5): - Excellent overall and clean. Best location near where I grew up. Restaurants and juice shops within a few seconds walk. The only bad thing is the rooms need more outlets to plug my phone and laptop chargers. There is barely any in the room.

- Sherif (8/5): Very good reasonably pried hotel at Salmeya. - Convenient hotel in Salmeya, near to main coastal roads, excellent wide variety of restaurants around. Check in and out was quick, friendly staff, thank you Ahmad at the front desk. I took the standard room, it was modern and clean. They offered me free complementary breakfast every day in the room. There was a TV channels problem, it took them two visits to fix. The real problem is the limited parking space.

- Fawaz (10/5): Great value hotel and perfect location - Room was good and clean and the bed is comfortable, wifi is good in certain areas (in our room it was fast, but in our friend's room it was not), the only downside for this hotel is the bathrooms, they need renovation, they look very old and seems unhealthy, it's like leaving a 4-star room and entering a 2-star bathroom. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they will do the best they can to help you.
- Mahasin (8/5): Nice stay - The room was clean, nice and furniture in good condition. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, easy to go around, full of different restaurants, groceries. The only thing is that cleaning service is paid, and although here is a free transportation service from and to the airport, the driver did not pick us (we did ask for the pick up) and the car was not available for drop off, but finding taxies is not a problem.

But basically it's the usual furnitured apartment. The worst thing is the bathroom which doesn't meet the standards of any star hotel.

- John (4/5): Too Many issues - At Check-in they couldn't find my reservations. The room had dirty items behind the bedside table. The cold water handle came off when trying to turn on the shower. Hot water ran out after about 5 minutes. The carpets were very dirty. The A/C leaked water on the floor. The was a bad smell from under the sink. the toilet area was to small. The towel rack fell off. No small towels or face clothes. Internet was difficult to keep connected to. On a positive note the staff was friendly and helpful.

I tried Boudl few years back and it was excellent ( we had the family suit). This time we were unlucky. Only the standard rooms were available. The room size is limited, and waiting at the elevator is tiring. Very limited parking place. Free wi-fi at the room.

Breakfast was OK too, though we seemed to be the only people actually eating in the café. The staff were very busy bringing breakfast upstairs to the rooms.
- Khalid (6/5): My stay at Boudl @Kuwait - I was visiting Kuwait during the EID holiday , and Boudl hotel was on my list. We stayed at the second tower, and it was OK. My only concern was the AC, which had two units. One is controllable , and the other one is not. It was cold at night, although the AC is off ( because the other unint does not have control, as it was central unit ).

- Oxford Immunotec LTD C (8/5): Flying pitstop!! - This really was a flying visit as my flight from London landed at around 0640. I reached the hotel at around 0800, showered, changed and then checked out again at around 0930. From what I saw, the hotel, rooms, neighbourhood were all fine and comfortable. The staff were very good, attentive and helpful during my brief pit-stop. I am sure I could write more of a review if I had actually slept at the hotel although the bed did look very tempting after my red-eye flight.

- Omar (8/5): Suited our needs and quite clean. - Two day stay with 2 adults and 2 children. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchenette and living room. Overall it was a comfortable hotel with a nice clean feel. However the only major downside was the lack of heating/heaters which made the nights very cold for us (stay was during january - this may not matter during other hot times of the year).

- AJ (4/5): The problem with kuwait - Kuwait has limited choice of hotels. Mostly old buildings and not refurbished. This was one of them. Rooms are old styled. Tube tv which makes a music tone whenv switched on/off. Old furniture. Ligation is okay but cat parking is a challenge. I won't recommend if you have another choice.
