- Global02854195891 (10/5): Beats the hell out of the Hilton - It is a great hotel. Well situated, and easy to get around once there. The gym is adequate, but missing an extra bench, the 20 lbs dumbbells are missing and need to be replaced. 50 and 75 lbs dumbbells available which is rare. They could also add a cable rack to complete it. Everyone at the front desk was exceptional. Yolonda took care of us on short notice and could not have been better. We stayed one night at the Hilton down the road and checked out to go to the Marriott. The Hilton is old, breakfast is expensive and not great, and a brutal internet speed. The internet at the Marriott is fast, dependable, and exactly what is needed.

- Judy (10/5): NOT HAPPY - A pipe burst about 5 AM so there was no water. Our carpet was soaked. When I called down to see about the situation, I was told the plumber would be there at 8 AM which was many hours after the break. When I asked why don't you have an emergency service repair, I was told that they had to use certain plumbers. After 8 AM, I called again and was told they had to get another plumber. Finally, hours later we had water. We had this same experience in your Ft. Collins location a couple of months ago. You need to check your plumbing in your hotels as twice is ridiculous. See above. It's ridiculous when you pay for a room and don't have water.

On my first night Maria served me and she was warm and friendly. Unfortunately, the next two days weren't so good. The lady who served me (fair-headed lady) was not so welcoming. She was quite rude at times. She was very chatty with other people but once it came to serving me she became a different person. No customer service skills at all.

- Matthew (2/5): Bathrooms And bedding - Pillows were flatter than crêpes not pancakes, crêpes. Bathroom was filthy. There was throw up on the back of the toilet we got conjoining rooms. Bathroom floor was dirty. Hair is hanging on the walls in the shower and again we asked for some more pillows because of the crêpes that were in the room told the man two times at the front desk. He assured us they would be sent up never were. We had the worst nights sleep ever at any hotel will never recommend and will never stay at another one of your hotels, horrible service and filthy room and horrible bedding.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Fine price, has German roaches - Booked the room because it was right next to NASA. As soon as we get there I wash my hands and the sink was pouring out water from the bottom of the faucet when it was turned on. Curtains had gross looking stains. AC didn’t get that much cooler than 73. When I was getting ready for bed I found a German roach crawling on the bathroom door. Will never stay here again. Wasn’t even worth it to talk to front desk because the roach made it final we will not stay here again.

- Haynes (10/5): Excellent employees, will definitely return. - The employee who checked us in, and the manager of the bar were very accommodating. Helping us with check in(I forgot my wallet). And giving us directions to local restaurants and attractions. Also enjoyed the food and drinks at the bar along with the bar managers conversation.

- Chris (8/5): - We at at the bistro downstairs for breakfast one morning and for 4 people, we paid $90 for a very basic meal. Also, we stayed 2 days. We expected our room to be cleaned / serviced while we were out the second day and were disappointed to find that our room was not serviced. No clean towels, our garbage was still there, and our beds were not prepared. Not the end of the world. But if you charge like a higher priced hotel, we should get the amenities of a higher priced hotel.
- leelai2016 (2/5): Not a pleasant stay - The room was fine upon entry, definitely needs updates and reallocating some spaces. It was close to NASA, that was the main reason we chose it. Food choices were also close by so that was good as well. The bistro and Starbucks were together and not accessible all times of day. The Starbucks menu was not the full menu either. There was a Starbucks 0.4 miles from the hotel so we ordered there. The downside, there were fleas in the room. We couldn’t figure out what they were at first cause they moved so quickly. Eventually, I slapped and killed one on my calf and examined to see it was a flea. We were exhausted and had one more night there so we didn’t bother to report it. I have a short video, a pic and some bites to show. My other family members had bites as well. I’d also add to room updates, it’s not family friendly if you have picky eaters and need to prepare meals or wash dishes because there’s only the bathroom sink vs other hotels we stay typically has the full fridge and kitchen area. If those things are unnecessary for your stay then the room would be fine minus the fleas. We stayed in room 435 for reference.

- Sonia (7/5): Okay for a quick staycation, but I would not stay longer than 2 nights - The bed was comfy and in a safe location. Check in was a breeze and the staff was super friendly. The ac in the rooms did not work. I had to change my room several times and eventually was placed in a room where the AC blew nice cool air. The pillows are horrible. So bring your own! The bathroom (in the rooms i was assigned) had a sewage oder. And, if you flushed the toilet or used the shower, the smell was worse. This is a pet friendly hotel, so if the room is not cleaned properly, please expect to find dog hair on the floor, ottoman, couch and possibly the bed.

- Mauro (8/5): Relaxing after a long drive. - Comfort of the bed and the location which was very convenient with restaurants walking distance Unfortunately there was a heavy storm at the morning and the hotel power has come down leaving us without internet. But it was a unexpected situation, not fault of the hotel or the staff.

- chuckhM8492EX (10/5): Excellent - Close to NASA, Kemah - Great location if visiting the Space Center or Kemah Boardwalk. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Very pleasant outdoor pool, with lounges and shaded area. Our room was exquisitely clean, everything in top notch condition. The Bistro was offering 50% off happy hour on food and beverages during this stay. The breakfast at the Bistro was excellent, tasty and reasonably priced, with healthy options.
