Não tem trem ou eletrica perto … Achei absurdo eu pedi para os funcionarios da recepção chamarem um Uber ou Taxi demoraram 20 min eu a espera sentada , então me disseram q não tinha e que os taxi que as xs estão a porta estavam ocupados e sem previsao de volta , então eu disse oque eu faço , disseram espere , então sai na rua eu mesma tentando parar um taxi o qual é um pouco difícil porque ali é uma Avenida rapida , quase todos taxis passam com passageiros , tbm demorei um pouco ate um estar disponível e cheguei 40 min atrasada ao meu compromisso marcado .

Saeed (6/5): it's not five stars just 4 star - good location and fantastic pool It's a good hotel, but its five stars are a bit far-fetched. At most, it can be given four stars. The hotel's breakfast is limited and awful. The sheets and bedspreads in the rooms were changed only once during our six-day stay. The so-called five-star hotel doesn't have any small face towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc.! They only have a large shampoo bar mounted on the wall!

I recommand it but not with that price I paid 140 euro for the Busphore view and actually its construction view, even at the 10 floor I think you should revise the price

I stayed many hotels around the world but especially in Turkiye if you book that type of room for that price you expect a tiny coffee machine in room! And also, you have to pay for the carparking? all hotels welcome you on the door and get your car and park BUT in this hotel you have to pay for that?? AND they don't even mention that when you already give the keys to the vale service..... even you park your car yourself you pay for that and the parking area is too badly designed. We spent 15 minutes to park our car. yes come stay in this hotel if you want to be charged for anything .

The hotel staff mistakingly duplicated our bill so we were charged twice in error which was unfortunate and had to speak with the manager and await a refund once we had returned home.

Het ontbijt was heerlijk en zeer gevarieerd. De service was uitstekend en het personeel extreem vriendelijk. Beneden zijn massages, spa, sauna en een zwembad met een zeer Europese sfeer. Ook het restaurant op het dak met DJ en een prachtig uitzicht was fantastisch. Adnan van het restaurant was elke dag enorm behulpzaam en vriendelijk voor ons hele gezelschap. Personally, I missed fish at breakfast. The staff were friendly. Cleanliness in the room was 4/5. Мне не понравилось, то, что списаную предоплату с моей банковской карты за бронирование номера (что есть нормальной практикой) мне не вернули! Оплатила я номер за проживание наличными, чему есть документальное подтверждение. Т.е. на данный момент идет третья неделя, как я покинула отель (я там пребывала с 22-26.07.2025) и при выселении персонал меня заверил, что в течении 3-4 банковских дня сумма списанная как предоплата, будет возвращена полностью. Я Писала в отель и мягким напоминанием и просьбой, чтоб они вернулись с ответом и разъяснили как обстаят дела, но не получила ответ до сих пор. Я очень расстроена таким отношением к клиентам. Кто будет ехать с желанием оплатить проживание наличными, имейте ввиду. I didn't like the fact that the prepayment charged to my bank card for booking a room (which is normal practice) was not refunded to me! I paid for the room in cash, which is documented. It has now been three weeks since I left the hotel (I stayed there from 22 to 26 July 2025) and when I checked out, the staff assured me that the amount debited as a prepayment would be refunded in full within 3-4 banking days. I wrote to the hotel with a gentle reminder and a request that they respond and explain the situation, but I have not received a reply yet. I am very upset by this attitude towards customers. If you are planning to pay for your stay in cash, please bear this in mind.
