- Soyini (9/5): I’d stay here again. - Stayed 3 nights and overall had a great experience. The room was very clean, everything worked properly, and the service throughout the stay was excellent. Breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient. I also really enjoyed the view from the room. The only minor issue was the lighting in the room. During the day it was beautiful because of the floor-to-ceiling windows and natural sunlight, but at night the room relied mostly on ambient lighting, which made it feel quite dim. It made things like packing a bit difficult.
- ChassisHY (8/5): Central Gem found by Traveling Mom - A friend and I stayed here for 5 nights while tagging along with my son's 5th grade study tour (to be close to their hotel) and we had a really good time. The onsite restaurant was a really good place to get breakfast from the buffet or dinner/dessert in the evening. Our room was clean and met my expectations. The front desk staff were helpful. Also, the location of the hotel was top tier for walking around to various farmacias, restaurants, and just exploring El Cangrejo. Didn't get a chance to try the pool or the fitness center, though they seemed nice. I would definitely stay here again, just for the location and accommodation alone.

El personal muy amable y la atención buena en todo momento. La habitación estaba amplia y cómoda, y la relación calidad precio me pareció muy buena. El desayuno no era muy variado, pero estuvo bien (considerando que venía incluido en el precio de la habitación). Lo único que podría decir es que el hotel tiene ya algunos años, y se le nota, especialmente en los baños (la ducha sobre todo ya necesita remodelación). De ahí la única "queja" sería que no había agua en las habitaciones para los huéspedes (normalmente en los hoteles dejan al menos un par de botellitas de aguas complementarias).

Uiteindelijk kregen we een betere kamer. Het ontbijt was simpel en echt niet goed. Het zwembad was klein en lelijk. En het hotel was nog redelijk duur ook.

- Magdalini (9/5): Wenn man nicht mitten im Trubel sein möchte, perfekt - Wir waren zu Beginn unserer Rundreise in diesem Hotel. Da es uns gut gefallen hat, haben wir am Ende der Rundreise erneut hier gebucht und bekamen sogar ein Upgrade. Die Unterkunft ist toll gelegen, sowohl wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, als auch um mit dem Uber überall schnell hinzukommen. Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Zimmer boten ausreichend Platz für unsere beiden großen Koffer. Das Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten da wir immer draußen gegessen haben. Toll ist, dass man auch vor dem einchecken oder nach dem auschecken das Gepäck abgeben kann. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, allerdings sollte man etwas Geduld mitbringen da es bei viel Andrang doch auch mal länger dauern kann. Die Zimmer könnten etwas besser gereinigt werden, oberflächlich sieht es zwar sauber aus, man sollte jedoch nicht allzu genau hinsehen

- Corrales (10/5): Excelente hospedaje en Ciudad de Panamá - La ubicación es estratégica, excelente estacionamiento, buenas vistas, habitaciones cómodas con todo lo que se necesita para descansar y el desayuno es excepcional En la mañana tuvimos un breve corte de agua fría que generó problemas en inodoro y en el lavatorio.
- Varsha (4/5): Appears new and modern in photos, but is actually old with some fundamental issues - The staff was nice, rooms were big and clean. The photos make it look like it's a new hotel, but it's actually a very clean old hotel. While the expectation mismatch was disappointing, I would have still been okay with it because it looked like it was well maintained. However, there were a few things that affected my stay- 1) the moment you enter, the lobby smells of alcohol coz the gastro pub is right there in the open, 2) in the morning suddenly there was no water in the bathroom. When I tried to call the reception, I realised even the phone doesn't work, 3) the corridor echos sounds so even the smallest noise of other people opening/closing doors resonates loudly and minor issue but there are way too many white lights which gives it a clinical hospital look versus a warm comfortable hotel.

- Romo (9/5): Hotel for business trip - Located in the center of the banking area and not far away from the Old City and the Canal. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is a bit old but it works well. Dining room is right next to the elevators and reception thus it is not the best ambient to enjoy a romantic weekend, yet the food is very good.

- Maren (10/5): Schönes Hotel mit wunderbaren Rooftop-Pool im Citycenter - Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel im Herzen von Panama City. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – viele Highlights der Stadt sind schnell und bequem erreichbar. Besonders beeindruckt haben uns die sehr sauberen und außergewöhnlich geräumigen Zimmer, in denen man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Das absolute Highlight ist jedoch der Rooftop-Pool inklusive Bar – ein perfekter Ort, um zu entspannen und den Ausblick zu genießen. Der Fitnessraum ist zwar eher klein, aber völlig ausreichend ausgestattet für ein gutes Training zwischendurch. Ein großes Lob geht auch an das super freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal: Obwohl wir bereits ausgecheckt hatten, konnten wir unser Gepäck problemlos lagern. Da unser Flug erst spät ging, durften wir sogar weiterhin den Rooftop-Pool nutzen und uns vor der Abreise noch frisch machen und duschen – ein wirklich außergewöhnlicher Service! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, wenn wir wieder in Panama City sind.
