Notamment le papier pour la "police" où il fallait remplir pour chaque personne (nous étions 5 dont 3 enfants !) : Numéro de carte d'identité Nom, prénom, date de naissance, adresse et plein d'autres informations. L'hôtel ne pouvait-il pas les remplir plus tard puisque ils avaient toutes les informations en nous demandant nos cartes d'identité ? Nous sommes arrivés à 21h et cela avait duré plus de 30min, c'est beaucoup trop long d'autant que nous n'avions pas mangé

- José (4/5): - Habitaciones no lan barrido en los 4 días de estancia me tuve que duchar con toallas del primer día pero eso sí 80 pavos té piden nada más llegar que si te los devuelven pero bueno en la habitación como digo pisando arena de playa un poquito más de limpieza en la habitación no estaría dé más

They were not very comfortable either and it was quite noisy. I tried to reach the hotel a few hours before arrival since we were arriving 5-10 minutes after the official check-in times but it was impossible. Nobody answered the phone.

- déborah (7/5): Appart Hôtel sympa - La gentillesse du personnel, l'hôtel est propre et agréable. L'appartement spacieux . La situation géographique est plutôt sympa , proche de la plage , par contre pour ceux qui vont à Europapark, la voiture est indispensable, environ 12 min . L'hôtel est proposé aux groupes scolaire ou colonie. La période où nous étions des groupes de plus de 100 ados séjournés si c'est pas plus !! Et l'hôtel n'était pas au plus calme du coup. Le manque de cafetière pour boire le café dans l'appartement, et les lits ne sont pas confortables.

Une seule petite chose mais qui est indépendant de l’hôtel juste que ce soit dommage que les groupes de jeunes (voyage d’école ) soit au même endroit que le reste des clients dans la salle de restauration c’était vraiment dur le bruit de tout ses ados.

- Roman (3/5): disappointment - bed mattress slept well We were disappointed, we had a room for 8 nights with breakfast, the room was not clean, the cleaners did not do their job as they should, the towels were not changed, on the floor, dirt, the balcony was not cleaned, the balcony door was difficult to open, the breakfast was small, the coffee was disgusting, the bacon was hard, we really had a problem choosing something to eat, a waste of money, we preferred to go to the store in the morning and buy food there, the staff looked quite unpleasant, we don't know why, they should behave pleasantly and willingly towards the people who paid for stay, late at night, there was a commotion in the rooms and nothing was done about it, we would not come back here.

- Rana Muhammad Shoaib (7/5): Sunny side trip - Little girl liked the kids club ALOT! The apartment had good basic facility in the kitchen, toilet and living area. Daily housekeeping top ups were offered. The beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom windows were locked, so poor ventilation.

Al llegar estaba todo muy limpio, pero la manera de hacer las camas diariamente es pésima, parecía que tenían poco personal porque además algún día la hicieron muy tarde y muy mal. - Anelfumi (8/5): Apartamento correcto - Muy cerca de la playa pero tranquilo. Tiene un parking de zona azul que cuesta 6eur/24h. El alojamiento es sencillo pero la atención es agradable. El tema check-in (con varias firmas, depósito en efectivo, etc) y el check-out (esperando a revisar para devolverte el depósito) me parece algo anticuado. Esto hace que siempre haya gente en recepción esperando. No pasaron todos los días a la habitación.

- Teresa (6/5): - La ubicación, está muy cerca del paseo marítimo y del centro, el puerto... Íbamos con una niña de menos de 2 años y nuestro apartamento daba a la piscina. El ruido de la megafonia hasta las 10 y pico de la noche nos ha arruinado un poco la estancia ya que se oía muchísimo dentro del apartamento y la niña no se podía dormir. Debían avisar de este tipo de cosas o cambiar los cerramientos por otros que aíslen mas del ruido y la luz. La luz de la terraza no conseguí apagarla, creo que las encendían todas por la noche de manera general y se apagaban también automáticamente. La mayoría del personal era bastante amable y sonriente pero algún camarero debía tratar de ser mas agradable con el trato...

- kimhI8173AJ (10/5): Really brilliant hotel - We visited here in September 2025 as a family of 2 adults and 3 children. We absolutely loved every minute of this hotel. The staff were great, the room nice, clean and spacious with everything you need in the kitchen area, the food was brilliant, the entertainment was plenty and the pool area was really nice. We only went for 5 nights but I have booked again for next September for 10 nights. Location is great just a short walk from everything but out of the way from the hustle and bustle! Can’t wait to go back!

Sinon séjour impeccable et la gentillesse des gens de l'hôtel super. Manque de transat surtout le matin

Very quiet and very comfortable beds! Staff were wonderful and food was also very good, Slight sunbed issue but nothing worth getting worked up over!! Would definitely return!
